Do you give your apartment in rent now? I want it and I can pay you in bitcoins.

I doubt you will get an answer to your question this way, the OP was last active during 2018. But there is an e-mail in the profile, so try to contact him that way. The only thing you have to consider is that it would be insane to pay 0.2 BTC per week for one room unless you are staying in some really expensive hotel Wink

Actually I am more interested in the people I rent to, rather than the currency itself. As I wrote I am interested in some business in the cryptoworld, but I need some mentor before Smiley

Its a great idea. Also Malta is nice country. I havent been there before but watched on TV.

Im from Turkey in my country all house have carpets ur house looks different in that way for me Smiley

By the way i like this detail;

With sunglasses its so cute Cheesy

That's what I first noticed when I clicked the image links. I didn't even bother to zoom to noticed it. Very impressive. I'm not renting  though but sure a good place to stay if you want beach nearby. Also take the advice of using some other currency like ETH or monero for its more stable than the price of bitcoin, it sometimes dip down to almost 20% within a single day.

You'd prefer to be paid with the right you think is right so take the advice of Forester618, those coins are also used regularly by the crypto users.

In fact the developers in general are always doing something, and travel only if the company demands their to moove into some place to check something, knowing its a 0,80 btc month cost, around 800-900 dollars, the projects op might be working should be something big, anyway its good to see attempt to rent an apartment, let us know if you had some costumer in the future.

The room can be also for free if you are a Bitcoin guru who can help me with my projects (pm for details)

Regards! Wink

Your kidding right? Shocked
What kind of projects are you taking about really?
To program a whole website for you and maintain it to get to stay there rent free? Smiley
Very interesting. Wink
well, he just said to help him with his projects. not to create his whole websites and maintain them for a long time. I think it is a good idea. but mostly developers don't travel.

Malta is a beautiful country (never been there but would love to visit some day), and that's a fantastic price you're asking.  Wish I had a need for it.  I sold something on ebay to an individual in Malta a few years ago and had to google the country, because I'd never even heard of it.  No, I don't get out much.  Good luck with the rental!

Me too. Its sure because I never travel going to different countries or maybe because I have never heard of someone famous who is from Malta.
Its not when I heard the name Jacky Chan to which I'm already reminded by where he is from. China has been in in many discussion over the internet and how aggressive their government is. Malta is very different which is why its no wonder I've never heard of it too.

Hello guys!
I live in sunny and beautiful Malta, a nice tourist location. Now you can also rent a nice place here for Bitcoins.

My apartment is big, bright and has a spare double bedroom which I can offer you for 0.2 BTC a week.

- Kitchen fully equipped
- TV
- Internet 100 Mb
- Washing Machine
- Dryer
- Fan
- few meters from the sea
- in the heart of nightlife core!
- despite this, the flat stands in a quite street

The room can be also for free if you are a Bitcoin guru who can help me with my projects (pm for details)

Regards! Wink
My only comment was in terms of the material things inside the apartment it was cool and relaxing. But the amount of rental was to expensive if I'm going to compare it here in my country almost 800$ in 1 month, its a kind of condominium style.

- Internet 100 Mb

aaaand you lost me. 100Mb?! I have 100x that for my phone alone. That'd be good for emails and Idk what else but what if I want to watch a video? I guess that'd fine for 1 short video on Youtube lol. Good luck but with a forum full of nerds (such as I) I think that's going to be a dealbreaker.

I think he meant that his connection speed is 100Megabits per second, I doubt your mobile phone has a 1.25 Gigabyte per second Internet speed lol.

To OP, my suggestion here is that you offer your place for rent in fiat, just so that you are protected under the rent laws you have there in Malta. You can always charge lesser but convert your profits from rent to btc. This way you get the best of both worlds

It's obviously 100 Mbit down but the OP was probably typing in a hurry and forgot to edit this part.

Are you sure, he is saying about data? I guess 100 mb is the speed!! What's that OP?

Nice idea to rent an apartment for BTCs, but caution: Maybe there are malicious people interested in renting your apartment and they can "clean" your apartment taking your stuff with them... Rent for Bitcoins is something informal and more dangerous than using online services that rent for you.

At least don't let valuable items on your apartment.

That's pretty cheap compared to rent here. That's about 800/month. Where I live its double that easy. And for an apartment close to the beach maybe more..

You should rent it out as a vacation property instead, you can ask more... Nice place.
