I think that, as in real life, the contractor is the one that set up conditions. A single individual may have a requirement sheet to be hired, but should have any unique skill or situation that makes him valuable for the contractor.
At the end, noone gives anything for nothing  Grin Be it skills, opportunity or plainly time.

What it leads me to something ive long thought on. Why is not implemented a system in the forum to put "votes" or "value post" contributions? That way we will see less "+1" posts and stuff like that.
Also, employers should be able to discriminate the really insightful poster from the professional spammer that is just here to see if some satoshis drop off the tree.

You're unlikely to get a unique offer. Best just choose an existing deal. There's a list of deals here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-signature-ad-campaigns-333916

I don't think you're going to get an offer on that,

Rather just sign up for a sig campaign.

Hi boys and gals,

I am looking for someone interested in buying my Signature space. and as you can see it's a (Member) One. majority of my posts are in the gambling section so it might be more beneficial for those in that field, I also will be promoting it in the topics I see fit for (someone looking for a casino suggestion/sportbook etc...

I am looking for 0.02 BTC Bi-weekly paid up-front. or a monthly compensation (50% upfront)

And yes I have seen the currently running campaigns but they either don't fit my requirements or I don't fit theirs. I also don't like the Pay-Per-Post ones as they pay monthly.

Best Regards
-Neal
