Here is the "standard" offer

The villa
It is located in a very famous part of france called Le Luberon. The villa is composed by 4 double bedroom ( 3 ensuite) and 2 rooms with simple beds ( 4 bed in one and 2 in the other one). The house can acomodate 10-14 poeples. Pool, big garden, 2 terrace, Internet, bicycles (4-5). View over the castle and vineyard.

Access
The villa is located near the charming town of La Tour-d’aigues.
To arrive there, you should take a train from paris to Aix en Provence and then rent a car (35mins)
An alternative is to arrive in Marseille and rent a car from there (55mins)

The surroundings
Here is the kind of things you can do:

Visit the littles town that will surrounds you, go to the market and climb the fortifications.
A few of the most charming town arround: Pertuis, Lourmarin, Cucuron, Mirabeau, Cadenet, La Tour-d’Aigues all of them are accessible by bike
Have a look to «le sentier des ocres» (40km) link And have some fun hiking or horse ridding all arround.
Discover Avignon, «la cité des papes» (1h20)
Have a walk in les calanques de Marseille (1h) link and visit Cassis
Climb the famous «montagne Sainte-Victoire» painted so many times by Cézanne (50km) link
Enjoy some sportive activities in «les gorges du Verdon», rafting,kayak, canyoning ... (2h) link
The region offer a vast variety of festivals link
Go fishing some trouts near Pertuis (10min) and grill them near the swimming pool! link

Pricing
Escrow is: John K.

During high season (july august) the price is 2900€/week
Otherwise the price is 1900€/week

FIRST check avaibility in the next post. Reservation goes from monday 16pm to Sunday 14pm.
If you want to rent the house, please PM me.
To confirm the reservation, i will fix a bitcoin deposit this way: 15% of the euro price using MTGOX average. You will have to send this to John K. However due to price fluctuation, this is a temporary exchange rate and will not be used to calculate final price.

2 weeks before arrival, i will fix a definitive price in bitcoin using MTGOX avg. You will have to send the missing bitcoin to rent the house. If 1 week before arrival, i have no news from you and the payment is not complete, i will cancel the reservation and keep the deposit.
You will also have to send me a copy of your ID or passport.

Exemple

To rent the villa from 05-08 to 11-08.
You contact me with name and surname and the disered date, a bitcoin adress will be sent to you by John K to pay the deposit of 15%. If at that time the rate on MTGOX is 120e/btc, you would have to send 4.125btc (3300*15%) to confirm reservation.

The 22-07-2013 (2 weeks before arrival), The payment has to be made. If at that time the MTGOX rate is 200/btc, you will have to rent the house for 16.5btc/semaine (=3300/200 ). So you will need to send 12.375btc (= 16.5-4.125)more

On arrival you will have to contact john K so he can free the money to me.

La villa
Idéalement située dans une région prisée du sud de la France: Le Luberon. La villa se compose de 4 chambres doubles (3 en suite) et de 2 chambres avec des lit simples (4 dans la première et 2 dans la seconde), 2 cuisines. 10-14 personnes peuvent y vivre
Piscine, grand jardin, deux terrasses, Internet, vélos (4-5). Vue sur les vignes & château.

Accès
La villa est située prés du charmant village de La Tour-d’Aigues.
Il faut prendre le TGV de Paris jusqu’à Aix en Provence puis louer une voiture (35min)
Une autre option est de partir de Marseille directement en voiture (55min)

Le prix en haute saison est de 2900€/semaine
En basse saison le prix est de 1900€/semaine

Réservation

Vérifiez les disponibilitées dans le post ci-dessous.Les reservations vont de lundi 16h a dimanche 14h.
Si un créneau vous convient. Contactez moi.
Pour confirmer la réservation, un taux provisoire est fixé en fonction de l’average price sur MTGOX.15% d’acompte devra alors être envoyé a John K.
entre 1 et 2semaine avant l’arrivée sur place, le taux sera fixé en utilisant l’average price de mtgox. Ce taux va fixer le prix final en bitcoin, le complément du paiement vous serra alors demandé. Si 1 semaine avant la location rien n’a été reçu, la réservation sera annulée et l’acompte gardé. La photocopie d’un document d’identité vous sera également demandé (ID/passeport)

Par exemple
Pour réserver la villa du 05-08 au 11-08.
Vous me contactez avec nom, prénom et les dates voulue, une adresse bitcoin vous serra transmise par John K pour payer l’acompte de 15%. Si le taux est de 120e/btc vous devrez alors envoyer 4,125btc pour réserver.

Le 22-07-2013 (2 semaines avant l’arrivé), le paiement de la villa va être possible. Si le taux est de 200e/btc. La villa se louera alors a 16,5btc/semaine. Vous devrez donc compléter le paiement avec 12,375btc.

A l’arrivé sur les lieux, vous devrez contacter John K. pour qu’il libère l’argent.
