I'm not sure what works best. I like to show as much evidence as possible. Some reports are processed quickly, and some go unanswered for a long time, so I assume the moderators aren't convinced by the evidence. For example, from this report, two accounts were banned while BasitRajput2244 is still active although the evidence is similar to previous accounts.
