Looks like he is following this discussion and is trying to cover his tracks as he deleted the post in which he mentions his renamed Twitter account https://mobile.twitter.com/iamkud0. Indeed, autumnleaf is aware of the situation and is trying to remedy the situation by removing his twitter account on all of his post. However, this only proves the ban evasion report I've posted.

You can try check his post history and you will not find any post that involves his twitter handle, he either deleted those post or edited and remove his twitter account. Nonetheless, those post has already been archived from my report.

I've informed autumnleaf via personal message before reporting here for him to defend himself or contest my report however it looks like his resolve is to delete his tracks.

Anyways, you can try check other post from his banned account that also include other tweet links.

It indicates that the user has changed his or her Twitter handle.
The Twitter username at the time of the tweet was @kudosinitchi. It makes no difference as long as the Tweet has not been deleted even if the Twitter username changes, the old url will still take you to the tweet.

I noticed that most users have been avoiding Ban evasion by changing their social media usernames, I tried looking for a means to show the previous username of an account but unfortunately I couldn't get any.

That's because all those Tweets that Jemzx00 shared as proof have been deleted, while I managed to find few that haven't. What I don't know though is whether kudosinitchi was covering his tracks or tweets were deleted by Twitter as it looks like classic bounty spam but in the end that doesn't really matter.
