I don't think it is necessary because forum has its own rules, so plagiarism definition in the forum (based on admin's perspective) maybe different than definition and perspective of others, so I believe we should stick with admin's perspective and forum rules on plagiarism. Hi just wanted to share some criteria about plagiarism I stumbled on a site where it discuss about plagiarism and I think this would be a great guide in determining one.  The site is:
