Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending
I don't know if this is possible but I would like to get a list of all the accounts active in the past 120 days which were registered back in 2011.
Just tagged one, and I have seen some before.
Can be a Google spredsheet list as well, easier to work with data that way.

Well, you've already got that list, but here's one more thought:
you should devise a way to sieve out the hacked accounts.

Sure, if there are not enough evidence like this, i won't tag them. Smiley

Only 1075 out of 45699 accounts have become online since October 01, 2019

I have parsed 2009-2012 registrations and continue parsing now. You can choose any range of dates, sort by Posts, Activity, Merit etc. More info here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-all-bitcointalk-users-table-project-5218103

Thank you guys. I'll start with the list from 2011 that was posted above then I'll check the 2009/2010 list.
Any help is appriciated. There will be no Witch Hunting for sure. If I see a solid evidence I'll tag the account. I don't really like to destroy accounts, especially created back in the begining of all this, really.
The results will be posted on my Club thread.

I wrote code to scrap the profiles. But it takes a very long time. As accounts registered in 2009 and 2010 were much lower than 2011, I decided to run it for 2009 and 2010.  It might be helpful. There might be some stolen or sold accounts among them too.
There were totally  3127 accounts registered before January 01, 2011.
There were only 85 profiles that have been online at least one time since October 01, 2019.

The list is available in the following sheet.

I also tried to write a forum parser. Here is my result http://18.217.51.255/ It is parsed about 15000 users and still working now.
If admin is against, I will stop the script.

Hum. I tried to scrape data from bitcointalk months ago, but I haven't found the trick to avoid cloud flare protection.
How do you skip that?
I don't do anything, it just works.

I've removed the https to make the link work.

I can get you full data by scraping all profiles, but using my deleted posts viewer is faster.

No SSL for Top 3 search engine on bitcointalk ?  Cry
OK then, edited previous post
No, I'm not really worried about a man in the middle attack on this data.

So looking at http://loyce.club/archive/members, we shall be able to get accounts that were registered at a given period of time but are still active or were at least active from the time LoyceV started archiving posts.
My data started less than 7 months ago. I didn't even think about using this, so thanks Smiley
There's one flaw though: this only includes users who made a post, not the accounts that only changed their password to activate later. I can scrape all 2011 profiles if iasenko wants it (it'll take a day).
