The best that i can suggest to you is to buy bitcoin instead with your money..
Try coinbase to buy bitcoins.. and you can now buy the steam sales you want.. honestly newbie here aren't allowed to loan..

Valid collateral is something that can be easily sell to recover the loan amount.

Dont force yourself to get a loan with invalid collateral or else your account might get red tagged default trust users or maybe just try to sell your account in the digital goods section

i personally buy the accounts sometimes, but the process of taking them over so that i don't get screwed is somewhat long and tiresome ;\

but i digress, again, 95% of people won't go thru the trouble to take steam accounts as collateral, better off to use altcoins of equal or greater value.

1) You're not getting it: you're not going to get scammed by going first with the Steam account because there is a high probability you can claim you were hacked and get it back. The only thing that actually makes for valid collateral are altcoins, and I rarely see this happen.
