I would doubt it. Repaying one loan is not enough to prove that you didn't create your account for the sole purpose of taking out a loan.

The negative trust is from "Newbie asking for a loan". So far to my understanding, this user has not defaulted or failed to pay back any loans.

Still, it is a very good indication that the user created an account just to ask for a loan - i.e. scam.

The newbie asking for a loan negative trust rating was given because it was apparent that the sole reason the OP was here was to get a loan (and likely never repay).

Assuming that the LBC account was not hacked, what do you plan on doing with it in the event the OP defaults? I assume that you plan on selling it. Do you know how much LBC accounts are worth? Do you know how long it takes to generally sell them?
