talking about this part that casinos have many things that need to improve, in my opinion there are 2 very main things that casinos need to improve a lot, these two things are:
1 - casinos need to create ways to make the whole process automatic with KYC, something like creating software that people just open and exit the camera option and scam the person's face and the person's document and with that soon verifies the person's account, with that we would not have to wait a long time for the KYC and then hear that the casino rejected the document
2 - casinos need to improve a lot in the support service, I'm talking about being faster in solving customer problems, there are casinos that take up to a whole month or 3 months to solve the customer's problem, always using the argument that the technical team is checking the problem, with that I keep wondering how many employees would this casino have that takes 3 months to solve the customer's problem, they are unpleasant things and unfortunately the support service is one of the areas that the casinos have not improved, years go by and nothing, this everything is the same
Another thing that I am also thinking about is that in the future we will be able to see casinos with telephone numbers in several languages to solve customer problems? I've been asked a lot about this, what would it take for casinos to have this, but without a doubt it would be something very good, at least people when they have problems could call the casino's customer line
