i suggest to take this power away from scammers.
Although this is what we all hope for, it isn't going to happen (unfortunately):19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).
Having said that, this is the latest change that was implemented (in order to reduce the possibility of being scammed [there's other reasons as well]):
The selfMod bit will now be permanently cleared when a non-mod moves a topic into a section which doesn't allow selfMod.
