Okay guys this has been resolved. Hope the other guys having problems also got their problems sorted out if not I'd suggest you keep contacting them. Keep pressing the live chat and most likely it'll get resolved.

Now you Can Write [resolve] in the OP And in the Subject.

[resolved, but still fuck them for stealing from other people] would also work.

Well thanks for letting me know, withdrawing everything I have left there, and not playing again until everything is resolved, but based on what I read in your topic where you accuse them, it looks like they don't care at all. When thats the case its good to stay away. I thought they were nice decent persons, but apparently I was wrong.

The same here, press withdrawal and nothing, finally lost all after days without answer

Lost 3btc

That sucks dude, sorry for you. I contacted them again and they are saying due to recent maintenance some accounts got 0 balance and they are manually updating balances of all such accounts which is complete bullshit lol.

cloudbet joined scam team too..

seems we cannot trust casinos for too long

Actually I am seeing some kind of scam accusations against a lot of casinos, I think the oldest is bitcasino.io and I never heard about any problems with them, also with betcoin.ag no scam accusations so far, I would take into consideration now reading a few comments from google search or from blogs related to bitcoin gambling, before investing therefore minimizing the risks to invest in the wrong place.
Regarding Betcoin.tam and cloudbet, I have already learned about them in the gambling section of this forum, they are untrustworthy from quite some time now.

betcoin.tm is a scam site mate. Im sure everyone with a right mind wouldn't deposit there. Look at his profile for instance and the amount of scam accusations piled up :

To be fair, its not easy to figure out what's really going on with all the trust/accusations/shills etc.  No need to rub it in the guys face, you'll only discourage the next victims from coming forward...which will only help scam sites scam even more.

It's hard to trust any bitcoin poker site it seems, sealswithclubs was another one that went down because the US authorities got involved. It's like a waiting game, the more popular a site like this gets, the more likely they will vanish one day. Bitcoin makes it even easier to hide, unless you've got a solid history of the company behind it and even then security can let the best fail.

11 BTC :O Ah that sucks. This guy is a serious douchebag. Should've searched before putting in more money to that website.

I been playing the poker client for the past month and a half. Never deposited just played freerolls. Everytime I earned around .005btc I kept cashing out. I earned a total of close to .20btc with never putting a cent on the site. The last three days there has been "maintenance" goin on. Can't get straight answers as to when this will end. Two deadlines I have been told have passed already. Luckily I'll only lose .0075 and it wasn't something I had in anyways. Thats how u have to play these sites otherwise u get burned, so unfortunate.

That's nice to hear atleast someone profited off that website.

Out of all the available options, why the heck would you choose to bet on that site ? Even if you search the keywords betcoin.tm scam or fraud ,you will see a list of articles regarding the same.Do your researches before blindly putting money on the gambling sites. The gambling related blogs are there for a reason.

sure agree with you that I should've searched but the problem is I have been a member there for quite some time. Actually the only gambling site I ever used. Also had a few withdrawals back then

so I started with a new job got busy and after few months I wanted to gamble again and naturally I went with betcoin this time to only know what shit it has turned to..

Update : This has been resolved. After back and forth communication with the chat support and few days I was finally able to get the BitCoins to my wallet.
Transaction is here https://blockchain.info/tx/0f457f6d7fe251f17adb96c6131098fc7f1308b69b9a5b0554ef620f79e71cfe

Extra note: Though this has been very frustrating and surely I'm not going to be using the website anymore I must mention that the support clients on live chat are really helpful. If any of you guys have a problem I'd suggest contact via live chat as they do handle it better and the responses are much faster than contacting via email.

What happened:
I have been a member of betcoin.tm from the start of 2015 and have had good experience with them. Played a lot withdrew money too a few times but for the last month they have been showing serious shady behavior and are not paying me 1+ btc that they owe.

So like a month ago I tried withdrawing money from the site but whenever I pressed the process withdrawal button it did nothing. I contacted the chat support and they told me my account had some security issues with ip address and it'll take some time to investigate. I got a bit angry but given that I have dynamic ips I thought this may be is a legit concern and my ips may have raised a flag so okay. after a few days I receive this email :
http://image.prntscr.com/image/402d76c598b741fc87f36e9653cfaa8c.png

That felt awesome to read, time to withdraw ! So I went on logged in to my account and tried to withdraw but it still didn't withdraw. I kept trying but nothing would happen. My balance stays the same and no pending cashouts show up. So this time I get real angry and contact the chat support again, they said that their is no problem with my account and I should be able to withdraw. They told to clear cookies and cache so I did that and even tried different browsers/devices to no avail. The support insisted on the same thing that there is nothing wrong and I should clear cookies (Like what dude, I just did that !). Then the support said that they will pass it on to higher admins and that can take some time for them to look into and whatnot. I started looking up about them and found a few scam reports about them (most on this forum) and totaly lost hope of getting any cent out of this scum shit.

Anyways they sent me a reply after a few days and then I replied back being extremely polite about the matter
http://image.prntscr.com/image/a159ae64703445dca3e040ba8d5440ac.png

but they didn't even bother replying again or doing anything after that and that really enraged me. I sent another support email but no reply (this one was full of rage, was sent from website form so I am unable to access the message and screenshot it). At this point I was done with them I still had the 1.001 balance.
Yesterday however I logged into the website on mobile while on the way to see a seriously fucked up thing - My balance was set to 0. Yep that's true and the balance is still 0. I thought of contacting them again about this and once I got home I contacted the chat. Started firing rage and anger filled messages, they guy asked to let him check on it and whatnot I said okay. He kept asking weird things and going round and round but he somehow seemed much better and much more concerned about the people I've previously talked to so I decided to talk with him calmly and see if he can do something. after a long session of going back and forth he said the site had maintenance and maybe that's caused something to my balance(The site did have an update design-wise which can be seen) and there I lost it again. told him to just close my account and enjoy the 1 btc they've scammed and closed the chat. A few minutes later however I received this re-assuring email:
http://image.prntscr.com/image/448832205ef5476e933ad2250f86e50b.png

Given how nice he has been in the chat and all I again politely asked him to withdraw the balance to my btc address linked in the account. It's been 22 hours and my balance on the website still stays 0 where the guy confirmed my balance (Must have checked the db or admin panel).

Amount Scammed: 1.00122796 BTC
Payment Method: Bitcoins
Additional Notes:
I've lost what I lost. I am glad I only put in enough in this website that I can afford to loose but I just want no one else to fall into this scam and stay the fuck away from them. Hoping people will realize their scam and leave using their website
