@minak0blondie,

As per my PM, I escalated this to the Casino Team who discovered an operator error. They have adjusted your balance to reflect the correct outcome. Sorry for the inconvenience and poor experience. Hopefully you are satisfied with the outcome and can mark this thread as resolved.

Not surprised to see scam accusations against CloudBet once or twice every month. I mean what could go wrong?
I never saw any other scam accusation than this. I'm new to the forum, as well as new to Cloudbet. Would love to have some more links, I don't want to put my BTC in a scam gambling site.

Have you heard of Survivorship bias? Read about that fallacy, please. The title should be here as long as his problem isn't solved. I hope this doesn't turn into another suspicious account investigation bullshit.
This is ridiculous, I have seen one other site to do the same. I too think as long as the problem don't get solved, title muat be kept the same.

I really hope that Cloudbet will respond here. I had a little talk with him and I guess he will be here to defend the case with the truth.

Why would they want to fuck you over 30mbtc.. Theyve paid me 30 BTC before with no problem.

Change your title it is just wrong

i dont think its scam website, i never facing this problem on their website before !
its might bug , you should contact their support and solved this nicely, Goodluck Sir !

The OP already did and is now just waiting for Ezugi to respond.
I talked to support.
They said - they will contact Ezugi.
Then asked if they see my bet of 30+ - they say - "There were 5 bets made today and they were bets made of 0.0002, 0.001, 0.0005, 0.0005 & 0.0005. There haven't been any bets made with that amount. None whatsoever."

then something for sure isn't right and there is a bug going on , this can explain that the 30 bet didn't go through but it doesn't explain missing the rest of your balance
my guess is that your bet won't be honored cause it wasn't accepted probably , but you will get that bet refunded + the extra btc in your balance that disappeared after that bet

Definitely a bug since that 30mbtc had been credited but based up on the screenshot. First thing i do notice first that the entire balance was wiped out which it should really still have some remaining amounts.
if there really is a bug a compensation must be given to the OP to admit that the mistake was theirs. because if not, one can assume they are just doing
this type of thing to avoid loss.

I don't know the current situation of CloudBet but back in the days when I have used to bet there the experience was smooth, but if I remember good there were some scam accusations as well and since then I have stopped  using them as a betting platform. In my opinion there are much better choices out there like NitrogenSports, Sportsbet.io or the new "directbet" successor - dbet.io

Cloudbet are a probably the least scammy of all the bitcoin casinos. If something occurred it was ezugi fault.
Why would they want to fuck you over 30mbtc.. Theyve paid me 30 BTC before with no problem.

Ok if they solve my/their problem I will change the title. If not - then title is fully correct!

After I put 30+ bet and it won - all my balances cleared in casino and were returned in balance without any winnings!
I don't know whoe's bug it is but Cloudbet has to add 30+ mbtc winning to my balance.
Now they just wasting my time telling they've wrote to Ezugi.
Please invite Cloudbet user, I don't know how to do that.

You can always create a thread on Scam Accusations category if you'd like. I was wondering, have you even tried contacting their official customer support before creating a thread here? Did you even write in their announcement thread? You really should before creating this topic on Gambling cat.

can't really judge from screenshots but yeah it really looks like there is something wrong
wouldn't worry about it  since the amount is relatively small to a casino like cloudbet , but bugs do happen from time to time so hopefully their rep will show up and check your case

in case you haven't created a support ticket yet it's better to do so and send them these screenshots as well , it will get fixed I'm sure but hope it won't take long

If you can provide strong evidence of what you have a claim you can remove this topic to scam accusation board

I doubt there is any way to prove this without support getting involved , but so far the screenshots are good enough and I doubt that any player can get any other proofs when playing the live casino games
