wait, how exactly do you get your account name and your "my account" name to be different? I have 2 accounts, one for LTC and one for DualMODs and both of them are the same... my "Hello" message in both cases shows my account name... I don't even know of a way to change that? Maybe someone can explain....
AFAIK changing your name after registered the account is impossible except you ask Chris to do it for you.
And that can take a while sometimes, he's busy and his priority is On Hold orders and urgent issues.

It's easy for things like this to escalate, especially when sitting behind a screen, don't take it personally.
What needs to happen to settle this matter?

If somebody had closer ties to Chris perhaps I could AT LEAST get the 1000 shares moved to the correct account. As for the 2 BTC / 2099 Shares that he will simply not even mention, I'm talking to one of the first law firms to accept btc as payment tomorrow.
It's not even really about getting my $1000 back, it's the principle and character that upsets me. Crypto and digital currencies have no place for scammers.Organizer, sorry again for posting this truth here. Hopefully taking it offline. Like I said, my group has supplied over $100k in sales in less than a month to Chris, maybe he can help me out on this.
From what I understand, you made a mistake on the first transfer? It's up to the honesty of the other user to send it back to you? You can kiss that goodbye I think, the other user may never even check messages or this thread.
What is Fierce's response over the 2nd Transaction, the 2BTC? Denying all knowledge?

whoa whoa whoa, so much spamming. Listen I'll cut through the BS- I was told to send shares to a username, I confirmed the username with the buyer. I sent the shares to that username, and he claimed to never get them. I screenshot the sent shares and email him to show I am being sincere, and all of the sudden the username he gave me he now claims was incorrect. In no way am I taking responsibility. I laid out everything clearly. X shares for Y btc sent to username EXAMPLE. I did exactly that...
Yes, I gave you the wrong username, but we IDENTIFIED that and both agreed to have Chris help fix that. We also did a test send of 1 share seen below. HOWEVER, the next transaction of 2 BTC for 2099 SHARES WAS NEVER SENT to me. Nice try Freddy.
Oh btw, My group is responsible for over $100,000 in business in the past month to ltcgear.com We LOVE Chris and his business. That's why I want to get this straight and moving along again. Freddy, all you have to do is reply ALL to the email chain you, I and Chris have going and request that the 1000 shares be retracted and sent to 'syclone' username. One final thing for the weekend... I tweaked the forecasting models to be even more conservative and now they seem more in line with what's going on right now

Chris can't fix it for you because it's entirely your fault and your reseller's fault. He doesn't have time to solve everyone's matter like this. The only way for you to fix it is to find the user with the zach name and politely ask him to send you the wrong shares back. Stop wasting Chris's time and yours too, he might never respond back for the same request.
