Terms and Conditions:

General
- I reserve the exclusive right to accept/deny a loan request, change of terms and conditions without any explanation. Running loans will not be affected.
- PM me with an alternative secure communication channel i.e: email, telegram etc. Just in case anything goes wrong with your account(hack, ban) - we can still keep communication.
- Collateral value has to be minimum of 120%
- You can escrow the collateral if you want to, at your cost.
- Loan period is for maximum 30 days. We can negotiate exclusive cases, however my decision will be final.
- Interest rate will be 0 to any fair percentage (%)
- Keep possibly everything in public except PMing me with the alternative secure communication information.
- Without my permission, if you miss the repayment time frame then I will liquidated the collateral (I the case of escrow - I will ask to release the collateral to my address)
Collateral
- ALTcoin
  - Top 35 coins currently listed on CoinMarketCap or coins that are supported by Ledger Neno S. I keep the right to deny any coin/token if I do not feel safe.
  - Currently trading on Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, Bitfinex only, is a MUST. I may add few more exchanges later.
  - The Escrow (if needed) will follow the same terms
  - Top up the collateral within 12 hours after the exchange value (above mentioned any) falls under 120% or equal
  - Collateral will be sent to an exchange immediately as soon as the value falls under 115% and will be placed a stop/loss order at a calculated rate (+/-) which will value the total of 110%
  - You are responsible to keep an eye on the market price of your coin/token
  - If your ALT survive then exchange withdrawal fee will be reduced from your collateral once you clear the repayment
  - Always ensure that you have enough collateral so that I (or the escrow) do not even need to send them to the exchanges (if the value goes down or equal to 115%)
- BitcoinTalk account - I may consider since it should be something that is valuable to you. I will double check your account history to see the importance you feel for the account.
  - Full member and above with minimum 25 earned merits.
  - A signed Bitcoin address (format below) which proves the authentic/original account owner.
  - PM me/escrow your password (set a temp pass) so that I/they can login and change the account credentials to secure it. Once you clear the repayment, the credentials will be changed to your given one so that you can take the account back.
  - Always use a signed message (include current date with your message) with the same bitcoin address when communicating through the alternative channel to ensure I am talking to the valid account owner.
- Any other form of collateral? Open to discuss.
