There's a way custodial and centralized services work, they can confiscate user A's funds or delay funding their wallet, while confirming every other order or request. Once you deposit funds into an address they control, they can do 'anything' with it and all you can do is wait. By the way, op hasn't posted any new update, maybe their funds have finally been credited, is that so @OmegaStarScream?

Sadly not. The account's owner received an email asking him to 'verify the payment' by uploading one of the documents: Proof of investment, transaction history, or something else ("Other").

Not sure if this is supposed to be a normal check or not (since I know a few exchanges do that on your 1st transaction). I know that @marbet85 managed to do what I assume to be his first-ever Bitcoin deposit without issues, but I don't exclude the possibility that these checks might be done depending on the user's location. But regardless, this is just too much for such a small amount (~10 EUR).
Yes, my amount was not big, because I want only check for you how it works as my 1st deposit to Revolut by this way. Today I also check with my friend who is located in Germany, mean his Revolut account and also he received positive, amount about 400$. Hope so your BTC also finally coming!

Your deposit was probably a lot larger than marbet85's, so this is the next valid theory after node being out of sync/falling behind.
I don't know if that can be the problem here, even though i don't know how much exactly op deposited, but they said this:
Hi, after your post I check Revolut and sent small amount from my exchange to my Revolut to "help" you by checking how it looks from EU west country.

I appreciate everyone's response. To answer the questions:

Their service is custodial just like any other exchange out there. The amount I sent was pretty insignificant and it doesn't look like the owner's account got frozen. He also reached out to the support, and just like @BitMax said, it might take 24 hours in some cases, but it's more than 24 hours after the first confirmation, and still pending.

When did Revolut started to allow sending and receiving Bitcoin? Last time when I checked it wasn't possible to have real Bitcoin there and they only allowed to trade inside platform without option to deposit or withdraw.

Not a very long time ago: https://twitter.com/BitcoinNewsCom/status/1698955639995732122

And it's not only bitcoin, there should be a few more assets and then it all depends on your location.

I will update morning  Smiley

EDIT: My BTC positive arrived to Revolut, so 1h 10min after sent from exchange. Also after sent, about like 4-5mins I have POP-UP notification from Revolut so my BTC soon arrived.

Until this post, my answer would have been that the Revolut bitcoin node is probably out of syn. Though if marbet85 successfully deposited before your deposit was credited, so that theory might be invalid (unless they use multiple nodes and the one you used was on the out of sync node).

I would not be surprised if Revolut was doing some "checks". They are a very regulated firm and are probably taking cryptocurrency deposits with a large amount of stringency to prevent regulatory issues. Your deposit was probably a lot larger than marbet85's, so this is the next valid theory after node being out of sync/falling behind.

I haven't tried it so far, so can't suggest something from my experience. Everything looks fine with your transaction, so, most likely there is an issue on Revolut side. Enough time already passed, I suggest to contact their support.

Sorry, but i think the only option you have is to wait or contact their support team since it has already been confirmed on the blockchan, i haven't used this service before, but i just searched the internet and i found so many bad stories about them and also that their support team is as good as useless. I even found this thread[1] on the forum, and it is also about Revolut's bad services, hopefully your own situation is different and the funds you sent gets credited soon.

I used Revolut before due to their VCC but Crypto was not yet supported at that time, my country is not supported so I hired someone to create an account and deposit into my account and it took a day before they credited the funds.

So if you made a deposit just recently it might take 24 hours before it is credited.
However, according to the help page you provided, it should be instant or within 2 hours, and no proper explanation.

If it's more than 24 hours and it is still pending I suggest contact support.

If you look at the types of deposit flagging, they seem to have another verification process (manually) besides blockchain confirmation. Just hope that your deposit will not end up in a new flag "security" like this case where you have to wait up to 4 weeks without clarity.

I think there is an issue on their side, and probably they forgot to fund the account after the required confirmations. It's funny that their system status shows that all systems are operational. I have seen several complaints about pending deposits and withdrawals, mostly with other payment methods, but then would get resolved after some hours or days.

I suggest you can try to use their community to make them aware of the issue. I see some support staff in that forum try to help members get the issues resolved.

The highest confirmation time that I have seen before is 10 confirmation, not on Revolut because I am not a Revolut user. Is it not a custodial service? According to what I am reading about the service, they are centralized and also deals with fiat and banking. I think the best right now is to contact their customers care.

Does anyone here by any chance use Revolut for trading bitcoin? I sent BTC to someone's (I know) Revolut generated address but the funds have not been credited yet. Any thoughts on why? The transaction does show as "Pending" but has received multiple confirmations (17 so far), and the overall balance still shows as zero for some reason. This is all I managed to find[1] but it's pretty vague.
