There may be a possible escape from the upcoming forced vaccinations if one can prove they had had a SARS-cov-2 infection. I expect such documentation to be expensive to obtain.

I personally am doing a lot of brainstorming about how to get out of taking a vaccine which necessarily had very little safety testing, is to be given in a panic mode, and where former efforts at such a vaccine caused massive death in lab animals. I can only guess that a lot of the rich, powerful, and well connected people are doing the same sort of brainstorming.

Looks like the one country which is approaching the problem by development of 'natural herd immunity' is the so-called 'nation of priests' in the 'promised land'. The U.K. started to try it but were quickly 'corrected' so it looks like the prescription for 'the nations' will be vax-to-the-max. And stay in lock-down until the needles are ready.

It spreads the way any virus is spread, but why does it matter whether you're rich or famous or not? Just because people in the public eye are getting it doesn't mean any more than a regular person getting it. The only difference is the media obviously don't pick up on it, but obviously the more people that are tested the more will be found to have it, especially for those who show little to no symptoms.
