As long as gambling is concerned is not really good for the poor people's to take too much risk why because once you use the small that you have and risky in the gambling bet office you we see that it we make you feel very bad because you didn't have much money, however that's why is always adviceble for the poor people's to always gamble what they can afford to lose.
I doubt that poor people can afford to lose anything on bets. On the verge of a shortage of financial resources, every dollar counts and it is these couple of bucks that can be in great demand at the most inopportune moment (when lost in a casino).
Of course the Rich people's are the ones that is supposed to take risk in gambling because even if they lose they can't feel it too much because the money is always there for them.
If rich gamblers allow themselves to lose too often, they will very quickly find themselves poor gamblers.
The success of wealth lies in the fact that they are careful with their finances.
It seems to me that the rich have much less incentive to take risks in gambling than the poor, because they already don't lack money.
