 one part is poor and other part is rich.   

Because itbis not their concern.  They do not care about the environment, the plants, animals, and people that was affected by the wildfire.  They just care with their games.  Games that are only for rich people.  Maybe their business would not be affected by it.

Its not about this picture anymore. Rich people don't have any regard for what the future will be as long as they remain rich. Large companies polluting the environment are deaf from cries of climate change. Why? Because it will affect their money generating businesses if they pay heed to these call outs even though they are aware of its negative effects

Rich people have their own lives, have their own world and have their own circle of friends they just playing games as part of their relaxation and golf is the one their chooses with the fruit of all their labor if they are really decent one and does not gain money form corruption they don't mind if the place outside is burning all they care is their game.. and sometimes even between play business as usual and we can't even blame them if they were caught in this kind of situation they may not like it but sometimes life is just two different world for rich and poor.

I'm curious about what any of you would do if you would be filthy rich as well...

What are you implying that they should do, there is no way that they can put off the fire by themselves so why not have a bit of fun. Most of the rich people weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth, they worked hard till they reach the level that they are right now and they should enjoy themselves when they can.

I know you're alluding to the problem of wealth inequality and how wealthy people don't care about helping less fortunate ones. But I can't help but cringe at the amount of people dissing these guys because they continued playing golf while the fires are going. What can they do? Can they stop it? Can they actually help? Of course not, they're helpless. Them continuing to play doesn't mean they don't care. Perhaps they didn't think the forest fire was going to affect anyone. I don't know, it just bothers me when people only assume the worst about others and expect others to be saving the world while it's no one's singular responsibility to do so.

There's a thing called 'conspicuous consumption' - on the one hand, it boils everyoine's blood to see all the rich people consume like there's no tomorrow, but on the opther, it keeps the ,up-and-comers, the proles, aware of the magnitude of riches in the world, like the proverbial carrot at the end of a mule stick.This has been happening always. Now what is a bit more frightening is what goes on behind closed doors, where conusmption is not conspicuously done, but happens anyway. There are very dark corners of the Earth, and I for one, prefer to keep them in the light, not matter what that may do to my sense of self-worth, or no matter how disenfranchised it might make one feel.

It's horrible. Rich people really do not care about nature. Why do not they care about her? Their education probably missed this moment.

this photo is a photograph that reveals the relationship between man and nature. people are selfish and day by day their selfishness is increasing. people may prefer to play golf while nature is burning. 

That's not a good compariaon, I think. Sometimes you can't real intentions of rich people...

it is the real truth that  the rich are always enjoying while the poor  are always suffering.

How do you know the people in the picture are actually wealthy? Also is this picture even real? Even if it is are people supposed to just stop life because there's a home burning somewhere? For all you know it's his home burning up there and he's just letting off some steam.

I am not sure whether the poor pay any tax at all ..

You go on how much the rich pay in taxes  ..The poor get taxed the most  ..
They earn small wages and get taxed way more ..

Well all the infrastructure and public services are payed by future debt meaning the children that are not born yet have to pay it back SO in other words your saying our future children will make more money than us and they will easy be able to pay it back WHEN really they never will be able too..

Most rich go offshore ..Hide the tax lie about tax pay politicians to get tax breaks anything not to pay tax..

20 trillion owed so who will pay this the rich or the future children not even born yet..

So to sum it up RICH and POOR are BUMS ..Your all borrowing off the future..

Now what if a war breaks out ?..
You as 1 rich man does your taxes pay for a battleship? ..
NO you will BUM off the future children RICH or POOR.. ..

Now i only realised this about 6 months back..WW2 i paid for that war even though i wasn't born  ..

This is the most horrible photo which I have seen lately. As far as I know, rich people do not care about the planet earth and They just care about please their ego. This kind of behaviour is very dangerous . I cannot understand that a person who are continuing to play golf while the whole forest are vanishing.

Don't always have the thought that the rich always spend money to have fun and do not care about problems around them. They deserve to get pleasure with the results of their hard work. And also we do not know whether they have donate some of their wealth for the environment and social activity such as natural disaster, poverty and etc. Just positive thinking !

You never know they may get more deals done and do more liaising with important people on the golf course than they do in their offices

I would want to believe that not all rich people on earth are thone's in this picture. Some rich people use their money and resources to help and further humanitarian movements. I still want to believe yhat there is still humanity in the world.

This is a powerful image and portrays a lot that is happening right now. Rich people kind of live in a place this is secluded from the rest of us. They have the money to change their way of life into something that is similar to a fantasy. No problems whatsoever. They just have fun and spend a lot that will satisfy their wants and needs while the rest of us burn in problems and other life wrenching situations.

I am sure, there are exceptions. But yeah, the truth is, you have today way more possibilities than in the past. Today you could e.g. learn to code by yourself ... or create a blog ... or learn how to trade stock / crypto.
