Yes i think that the Switzerland is the most richest country in the world. Many countries political persons ad civilians have accounts in Switzerland and many are securing their money in the different banks of Switzerland. So i think because of this Switzerland is the richest country.
Monetarily, it's Switzerland that's the richest.

If thinking in terms of culture: France.
But, when you assess them based on a combination of all these parameters, then only one country stands paramount:
