Primedice and betcoin.tm are probably some of the richest, not so sure about betcoin.tm regarding reliability but they seem to have a decent bankroll to run all the promotions they are running, some sportbooks like nitrogensports seems to have a big bankroll too.

Same question here, where did you get that idea I think primedice and DirectBet already established there business, chances of being close would much smaller unless someone wins there bankroll and that is another story but for me as long as we live primedice will dominate the gambling industry for btc.
