if you check the office address at UTAH using google maps...it only a empty building view...nothing there

If you know that much, and also can search about what you are investing into, why do you require anyone's opinion? Actually you just told people who don't know about it that the site is scam. Plus, never trust any High Yielding Investment Program (HYIP), no matter what they provide, the idea is based on scam (or Ponzi scheme). real estate industry is very complicated specially in indonesia...many paperwork need to be fullfil also goverment/regional issue

well, i had received free BTC and made a few times withdrawn from this site without made any Deposit, absolutely with no problem .it's about few month never check this site. just made another withdraw few hours ago,but in waiting process..usually it took any second to completed the withdrawn. now seem they change their rules about payment it took about 7 days business day. so, in my opinion in this situation better don't risk your money if you are not really sure. or, take the small risk if you wanna test it. (I didn't recomended this,but it's up to you).

Richmond Berks seems not to ridiculous that often would turned back as scam. Because in my try that i withdraw it caou in my wallet that its succesfully sent. But after my second withdrawal it tooks time that i need to wait 1week before it succesfully sent in my wallet. Its also because they add new features that needed to wait 1week to process the withdrawal. But this one can succesfully turned back as scammer

Why do you only think it is a scam? Actually it is a scam. With their system HYIP, they will eventually turn into a scam company if the new comer cannot support the old members payout. Company will eventually have delayed on commission payment until they are not paying anymore. Many company that have the same strategy as that , always end up scamming their client.

Though Richmond Berks seems like legit and has all the documents displayed together with all the permits but it doesnt mean it is safe to invest on it. That kind of investment is considered to be an HYIP and is deemed to be a high risk investment. If you are having trouble with where they get their funds using common sense it will be coming from the new members that invest on that site.
It took hardly 30 minutes to create 100% fake documents, did you confirm the reg number provided by them? I have seen 1000's of online ponzi schemes with such documents. They are very representative in early days and even appoint local representatives. But soon enough everything will disappear like smoke.
And dear OP, lets imagine for a while it to be true as specified, how can a real estate business prospers with 10 USD investment! :/
Absolutely a Ponzi scheme. Don't ever believe on false promises of all online investment out there unless they can provide legit detail for their company and shows valid source of profit in able to paid their investors. Richmond Berks is a SCAM. Don't invest there.

HYIP site is not trust forever, will be scam but need time . I see this site has been running for a long time, so I should you not invest more money in this time, you can get a scam anytime, good luck!
