Right time to buy alts is when bitcoin is at long term lows and nobody is talking about it. Picking up LTC @ 0.002 kinda prices etc. Right now people are very excited about crypto its best to hold bitcoin to preserve your crypto wealth with the least effort. Holding alts right now means you'd need heavy research daily.
I think it's the right time to buy but if you don't have any moneys to do so why not join for the airdrops that have values or even join for the bounties?

The best strategy to buy altcoin is when its price dropping. Yes, that's right. No one bought when its price was really high, all of us here is waiting to drop its price and decided to buy. And all people waiting to raise its value for trading purposes.
The best strategy is wait everything fall down and see some good sight to be the first buy back i see price dropping for most of top alts, is it right time to buy? or wait ?

Some atls have recovered a little bit now, but still not a good time to buy, a few days from now i guess there would be another dip in the market that maybe a good time to enter and have a good fast and easy profit.

I think it's a good time to buy some altcoin, this month is not a good month for altcoin, at least for the long term

I think the right time to buy alts is when the price of an altcoin drops and has a low price value in the market. Although all the price of the altcoins varying , just be updated of the prices in the market or in the exchanger sites that you will use. 
Many people saying it is nog the right time to buy altcoins have not researched the projects properly, for the investors of crypto now is a right time to knvest in alts since prices dropped drastically on some coins, in my oppinion it is the right time to invest in alts which have a great project and are down from 30-60%, these alts only need a good announcement tk have higher value, invest in amazing projects like omg, pay, qtum, remember we are the first ones in this early stage of cryptocurrency.
thats right, this time quite a lot of alts being down from 30-60%, and some of these coins is my choice to buy, such as DAR, OKcash and Trig in addition to what you mentioned. all have good potential to increase, just waiting for the signal.
okcash and trig is up and down too often and now is in okcash is up again after its down yesterday but for trig is down for a while but i think it wil up again. there is many coins we can choose to buy and hold it because its only the matter until we see the price is increase again. just wait and don't missed the time.

yes now is the right time to buy. but keep in mind, you have to believe which coins will benefit you. you should first examine which coins can go up for the future.
Wait till the price drop down to your target price then buy it. You always need to monitor the price because once it rises again, you also need to spend some more extra dollars.

May go lower because of the panic sellers and big-time opportunists like JP Morgan. The lowest point of this fall is the right time to buy alts, especially the ones which are having a great potential in the future and real-life applications. Electroneum is getting a huge support from so many newcomers and experts, am feeling to invest more into it.

I am not a hasty trader, but i have held quite a few altcoins. What i'm looking for is a small profit though and not to wait just to get be sure.
Nobody knows what is China doing and how much that will affect the market. We must wait and see...
Also, end of year is closing and some people will sell to acquire money for holidays. That will affect the market too.
Some cryptos are at their all time lows though. So maybe it is a good time to buy, at least for those.

I think its a good time to grab some cheap alts. But watch out what you grab, a lot of alts coin still go down more. Right now a lot of alts are going down with bitcoin, I believe bitcoin might still go down further, so if you ant to trade any con now, always remember to use stop, it not advisable to bag coin, when you can recover your lost on another coin asap and make more profit.

Just wait a few months,China will close all the exchanges , that's the best time .At then , Chinese can not trade locally , suppose there will be a big dump.

If the price drops drastically then this is the right time to buy altcoin, but you have to be careful, do not be fooled by the price down! if you already feel confident, then that's the right time ..
You can buy any altcoin at any time since value will depend on the demand of an altcoin. If i have a capital I'll definitely buy an altcoin which is not yet known in the market, why? because I know for a fact that if I'll hold it in the future the value will grow/increase. It is about which altcoin you will invest to.
