If you afford to deal with the current buying price, then go ahead and buy.
If your goal is to increase your bitcoin whatever it takes, then go ahead and buy.
If your purpose is just to hodl for long term disregarding any price trend, then go ahed and buy.
Lastly, if you understand the risks and you really know what you are doing then go ahead and buy.
There are no exact price to be considered as good entry point but there is a "good tyming" and "consideration" and that will based on the output of our own view and analyzation. For me this time is still the best time to buy for bitcoins. We can't tell if there will be another dip, third, fourth or worse than before. If you are not confident of buying bitcoin and add investment to it, observe the market.
It's around $7,560 now so if last time you are not confident and you bought during the dip when it's price was $7,100, you basically are happy with the gain you have.
