THIS has been tackled for how many times or should i say every downtrend that when to buy bitcoin,if you really believe in this coin invest in this anytime as long as the price don't exceed by $15,000 because for sure this coin will give you good profit in time or maybe nearly

Bitcoins today is going very deep in the market and it was down to $6k dollars, you can invest today while the price is still very low because the market will still go back to its normal state after a few months of waiting.

I am not for sure at the moment. Someone has transfer 8000 BTC into Huobi exchange. According to CCN, here https://www.ccn.com/mysterious-asian-whale-begins-funneling-funds-back-to-huobi/
Everyone should be careful that would lead to a pump on Altcoins or a dump on BTC market

It looks like this is gradually becoming the talk of the community now with the 8000 btc transfer and any slight movement of such always tend to generate some MtGox fever among the traders which I have noticed to always cause some quick reaction towards some sell out.

Well, if we are to keep looking at all those, no one will end up buying the market but one thing I know for sure is that the value could start going up or could still go down lower, and the best thing to do is to at least buy small no matter how little, so that on its guaranteed way up or down, you can still buy more based on the trend.

Yepp, as mentioned above, when the price is that low for some reason, it can be a good time to buy in. Seasonal charts show that it will rise sooner or later so there is a good chance to make nice profit short term.

It is quite hard to tell whether there will be any "major" dips in the future though it is given that it will dip due to its volatility. I think, yes, it is a good time to buy bitcoin - it is under $10k and it is given that it will rise in the future and will yield you profit if you hodl long enough. The earlier you go in, the better.

No one can excatly tell you what will happen next in bitcoin market. It is up to you when to buy because if you will wait for the market to dip more ypu might miss your chance to buy more. Just buy and wait for the market to rise again.

Personally, I would like to wait for the chart movement a little bit.
I believe, BTC price will go down more. At the moment $6000-$7000 is the best buy area I think.

For now the price of bitcoin is still good to buy because it is quiet lower than the price last quarter of last year. If you have money for investment try to buy for bitcoin and save and hold it for a long time or wait for the right time to sell. Bitcoin as what I have read from different investors will soon to rise they said it will doubled as what has increased last year. So its quiet lucky for those who can buy for now they will have huge profit to wait soon.
