Yes i think it s the right time to but eth because in this time the market is slow and the coins rates are slow and there is no profit in this time for sale the coins but if we buy eth and sale after some time when the market is high then we will get the more profit.
i'd like to buy ETH now the price now is pretty low, and after that you need to HOLD it until you got good signal for a good price, or you buy ETh when you can afford it, do not take risk so much
It is very confusing decision because it is not possible to determine that bitcoin and Ethereum price will retain or regain its original position which we can see in 2017.... If it possible then I certainly assure, everyone should buy Ethereum.

For now we are all in confused if this an opportunity to buy at cheapest price as Ethereum reach below $200 but maybe most of the people will wait for Ethereum to reach deeper as this market movement is very alarming and very much confusing for the number 1 ranked Altcoin in the market.
It is known that market generally is down and the prices of coins are not rising but decreasing too. A rational businessman or person will see this period as an advantage to buy or invest in cryptocurrency with optimism that the market will skyrocket in price in the future. You can buy at low price now and when the price increases you sell it at high price.
I think this will be good for a new investor who wants to enter the market because every coin now are down deeper and they can use their money to buy any coins. and if they have $10,000, I am sure that they can buy more than 1 bitcoin and use the rest of bitcoin to buy the altcoin which can give them another profit. I am sure that there will be a new investor that attracting to the cryptocurrency and will buy bitcoin and altcoin so this will make the price to increase higher.
the price decline that occurred in etherum now is indeed a good opportunity to be able to buy etherum at a cheap price. this is an opportunity for us to be able to sell it much more expensive next time. Well in the parallel i think it's a good time to buy eth right now cos eth was down time to time and we need to buy in the lower value of eth so we can wait for the good timing to hold and sell i just join some telegram or group chat some member was telling when you buy and when you going to sell it so you wont miss it

Maybe Ethereun has dominated the altcoin for quite a long time. And when the ico situation is not as good as it is now, Ethereum's request is reduced. Maybe the price can still go down again, but I think the opportunity to experience a bigger increase is due to the end of the year there will be a maneuver from Ethereum.
This is the right time to buy more ETH because the price is down and anybody that make use of the opportunity of the downward turn in price will surely make good profit when the market recovers. Is quite cool to buy as the price is reasonably lower now compared to last 3/4 months. But if I were you, I would be patient more, not for further drop actually but for a little increase more to $300 - just to confirm that the trend is upwards.

Yes it is really the time to buy cryptocurrency like eth. Because who wants to buy token in a high price. Ofcourse anyone wants to grow in here. Everyone wants to double up their money. So if you buy in low price. Theres a big possibility that it will be doubled or even tripled as its pumps by time. You just need patience to wait for that time. ETH fell below $ 200 today. I really do not know what's going on with ETH. But I still have a strong future in ETH. it will rise again. And I think this is a good time to buy ETH.
