I see a lot of immaturity coming from many other coin holders. Just giving yourselves a bad name.
Really, who makes a thread to try and slander a coin, especially when it has the most going for it.  Roll Eyes

You won't see me posting a desperate thread to try and "save" Worldcoin or slander others...

Happy mining.  Wink

+1 this site is a far cry from what it once was

People start these kind of thread titles to troll a coin, no more no less. They are not intended to be informative.

besides the point it takes FOREVER to confirm so merchants should be willing to take the relatively safe bitcoin payment especially on smaller transactions.

I think bank checks take way longer than bitcoins to confirm. Just saying stores take those.

I don't think most stores accept personal checks anymore. Atleast not in Canada. Kind of redundant, with interact / visa debit cards.

Tried paying at a fast food outlet with one, or a supermarket checkout?

...A business just needs to have software to check for double spends.  ...

Where can I read more about this?  I had thought confirmations were a hindrance with bitcoin.  This is great if it is true.

It actually forked a couple of days ago. Miners who were on the wrong chain lost out, that's it. Obviously not a good thing though. People are slowly starting to realise 15 second blocks for WDC means pools have to have a low percentage of the network has (30% at most or something.. rather than 50% at most).

Terracoin survived worst.

I predict WDC will go down low in price, maybe it will recover maybe it wont.

Its because of these folks that we have these problems. Someone with this much power should not be pool mining.. This goes for anyone in this top 15 list, but especially that 28 m/sec miner. Whats the deal? Make your own private pool if need be, and submit solo work. Botnet?

Neither offer any benefit.  Transaction confirmation's are only needed for big $$ transactions, otherwise the transaction is instant.  A business just needs to have software to check for double spends.  I can transfer Bitcoin into coinbase right now, and trade it away within 1 minute.  All Digicoin did was try and mimic the fair start of Nibble and lower the transaction confirmation time.

doesn't coinbase assume the risk if the transaction does not confirm.  besides they processing time to a fiat bank account still takes time.  longer than it should really, so all coinbase is doing is offsetting the confirmation time to the bank account processing time and in their terms they can roll back any transaction at will.

which coin out there adjusts difficulty over short time not blocks just curious what the first one was? That is a feature in WDC DGC MNC that is nice for miners.

WDC was criticaly flawed and premined. Digicoin is a realy much more stable and legit coin.

I like that it is going slow and steady.

It could become a winner.

DGC  is a copy of WDC with a 5 sec slower block time. Not improvement. Block chain records debunk your premine claim.

After such quick transaction times with WDC, it feels like an eternity to get all my BTC from VirtEx, to MCXNow lol
