The technology which ripple coin is using is very good and banks are interested in using that technology and because of that ripple coin is increasing in price from last some time and I am sure if banks start to work with ripple then the price of it will be way more then it is now.
In short future 1-6 months , I believe it is worth the investment, otherwise no.
There are a lot of coins out there which can easily out perform Riple in speed ans TX per Sec and also are not so centralised .
so i would not recommend long term investment

I think it is possible for Ripple to reach $10, but I have trouble seeing it grow higher than that. To even reach $10, I think the entire market would have to grow to about 10x the size it is now
Though Ripple has a huge supply , if you equate ripple supply with BTC supply . Ripple can trade at 20$+ if it can create the current demand for BTC . Moreover the Cryptocurrency market as it is just in the initial stages of its boom , has a huge scope, so the the valuations will further increase , . 20$ to 100$.
So it's better to invest in ripple than any other Cryptocurrency .

Im is strongly disappointed in Ripple. When the BTC is grow up for 10% ripple makes 1-2% and so on. Im waiting a good moment to sell all my ripple coins.

Ripple might not have an appreciable price at the moment but it'll surely have a great future, Ripple has gone so far by having a partnership agreement with banking sector and some big organisation, which is enough for it flourish in the nearest future.
In 2017 alone, XRP gave 36000% returns and it has been growing since. However as the cryptocurrency market is still unregulated, hence it is advised to be cautious with your investment.

. i bought ripple on January 2018 don't need to say the price. Anyway i hope everything will be alright in near future because ( most of the ripple boards members are former bankers and US regulators )

Therefore, I do think it can still rise, but it's difficult to say when. Timing an entry point is extremely difficult. Therefore, I typically buy small positions across time as to smooth, “bad entry points” with “good ones,” thereby increasing my return potential.

may be it will spike but only by manipulation of banker, you can lose your investment very fast,like people who bought at 3.4 usd, so be smart and find something better to invest
We hope that XRP overtakes ETH in 2018 to win the second place in terms of market capitalization. ETH has more and more competitors from NEO, STRAT, ICX, DRGN, etc. XRP is competing with other electronic payment systems, but it has consolidated itself to be the best in the blockchain industry for finance. main.

I really do believe Brad Garlington and Ripple Labs are doing good work, and there’s nothing nefarious about their use of XRP
The future of Ripple Technology is great! That would have some good effect on XRP coin as well. But I do NOT expect Ripple to take multi-fold jumps.
Predicting future values is always a shot in the dark, but in my opinion, XRP will slowly fall in value compared to other cryptocurrencies.
To be honest I dont think the price of Ripple will go high as ETH, BTC cash I think it wont go far beyond 5 dollar if it reaches it ever .this is because of its supply the coin have too much supply.
Ripple Technology future is great but I am not too bullish on XRP coin. Because I think the only down side of Ripple is that it deals alot with banks and that creates skepticism among crytocurrency believers since banks as we know are a centralized system against crypto currency systems which are decentralized (therefore the disconnection there).
