Although XRP has cooperative relations with many Banks, I am still worried about XRP, because how a centralized token changes the world, and I think blockchain and decentralization are equivalent.

XRP is trying to be different from the giants in the crypto world such as the likes of 'BTC' and 'ETH' and I think that by setting up good relations with banks may help it temporarily but it will be difficult for XRP to continue doing so as we're trying to move towards decentralization and XRP doesn't fond that.

I think a lot of people have got the wrong idea about Ripple it is a tool that will mainly be used by the banks and it is utilising the Blockchain technology for quick and hassle-free payments over borders. The fact it is not really a decentralised currency like the majority of crypto shouldn't mean it has no right to exist. Let's push the technology forward if it makes our lives easier.

Yes it will be good, finally all banks and financial institutes are starting to use blockchain technology for payments and transactions, these are the signs of upcoming blockchain era.
Surely, it’s great news for blockchain supporters. But I don’t think it has anything to do with crypto currencies or crypto market. Governments worldwide are accepting the blockchain technology, but I see no where that crypto currencies are even near to adoption. They will use centralized blockchain and decentralized is still far away from being used by banks or financial institution. The news says about Santander using Xcurrent and RippleNet product of company ripple and not Xrapid which uses XRP tokens. Therefore, it’s not a great news for crypto supporters.

Its good for Ripple but has absolutely nothing to do with Ripple.
Oh wait let me get this sorted for the noobs once and for all.
No Bank is, or will use Ripple xrp and Ripple Inc only uses xrp it in extreme rare circumstances to exchange junk 1 with junk 2 when both have low liquidity.
xrp is pure fraud to move noob xrp gambles money into Ripple investors pockets.
Well, seems like you are the NOOB here and short in knowledge. Let me explain to you the need of XRP token in the field of financial world. XRP is a token that has high scalability, high liquidity, high speed and low cost. XRP can convert one fiat currency to other fiat currency in just matter of seconds and with minimal cost. It’s more than 10 times effective than the existing cross border payments being used like SWITF and VISA. Much faster and can save millions and billions of dollars as fees each year. XRP is thousand times faster and better than BTC. Hope you gained some knowledge here at least.

Only newbies invest in ripple, let them lose their money and learn the hard way  Grin
And then there are people like you that cry and regret later when the coin pumps hard and you hadn’t invested a single penny in it. It’s better to take risk rather than sitting back like a coward and watching the market. Those who take risk can lose their money I agree, but they can also earn much big then people like you that mock in the start and then cry and regret later for not having invested in it when everybody else was doing so. So I would suggest that get some balls and knowledge and then invest in crypto field and give suggestions to other people.

Banking group Santander will be partnering with Ripple to release an international money transfer app using Ripple’s Blockchain xCurrent and RippleNet platforms, Business Insider reports today, March 24

 "source : https://cointelegraph.com/news/santander-well-launch-intl-payment-app-with-ripple-this-spring-if-no-one-beats-us-to-it"

In your opinion is this good for ripple ??
It’s good for ripple company and not for the XRP token though. Because Santander has agreed to use ripple blockchain solutions called Xcurrent and RippleNet. So, these partnerships will surely help company ripple to expand its ground in the world and expand, but I don’t think this has anything to do with ripple’s crypto currency called XRP as there is no mention that they will be using Xrapid product for cross border transactions. Though I wish that they would use Xrapid.

Good PR move from Ripple team , of course they are trying to attract more investors to buy a billions of xrp's they hold . I wonder why they didn't sell at least 30% of their funds when ripple was around 4 usd . I can't believe they really think that people don't understand that xrp cryptocurrency will not be used by banks as a currency , they will just utilize ripple labs technology to improve their own fiat transactions , and thus it makes xrp absolutely useless .  Undecided

Building network connectivity is mandatory for  the company in its business integration. Especially for cryptocurrency currency developers especially ripples, of course this is very profitable. If properly realized  will certainly increase market demand which will certainly increase the value of ripple itself, which is in quality and quantity. Being an international payment instrument is a challenge that will definitely benefit if it runs succesfully, but will blunder if the service does not satisfy their customers.

Ok ... MoneyGram is no bank, but its the second largest provider of fiat transactions on this planet. And just testing Xrapid. You know, what the fuel of Xrapid is? Let me guess: You don't know it.

Talk about being complete clueless about crypto.
cryptocurrency is about peer to peer interaction, doing away with the controlling, fee-sucking middleman (bank, WU, moneygramm....)
new way p-p (no one to stop or collect crazy fees)
old way p-m-p
your brain-dead way p-m-m-p (person > central company with huge manager bonuses > to another central company with bigger manager bonuses > person)

smart thing to do is selling moneygram stocks because it is a "dead man walking" in cryptoland, literally thousand of coins exist i can sent anywhere in the world with way less fees then using block-sucking monygram or banks.

Let me summarize what you said:
Yes! I am right.

XRP has its usecase and many others will follow.
So why you are trying to distract us?

I see things a little more differentiated than you. XRP is the devil under the crypros - I completely agree with you. But: Facts are facts. That's the point you're still having trouble with.
But if you are denying facts:
Who should take you for serious?
I don't.

Long term only one system can survive , Bitcoins blockchain tech or existing central governed with Banks and Ripples database with signatures.
Proper blockchain like bitcoin is nuke-prove and cant be destroyed.
Ripple has inbuilt "kill switch" (global freeze, as well as individual freeze) and can be frozen completely or partly.
No room for 2 systems.

That's why we have one bank on our planet, one country, one voice, one vision, one OS...

I think it is good for ripple and the whole cryptocurrency environment as well in a sense that it will greatly improve the adoption rate of blockchain and crypto as a whole. In ripple, it will add more use cases and IMO it is starting to look like a promising coin despite it being a centralized one. At least for now, let's watch what will happen to ripple's price but I think it will go up.

An international money transfer app? This is cool and finally putting Ripple's use case in practice in a real application for international payments. I'd be interested in seeing how good and effective that app would be. It could really bring more usage to Ripple, but I'm not sure whether or now it'd have any impact on its price.

Oh look, another partnership with a.... Bank. I really don't like the agenda of Ripple, it doesn't do anything that bitcoin can't, and undermines Satoshi's whole vision.

Definitely staying far away from Ripple as it could lead somewhere we don't want to be.

Anyway, Ripple is very centralized, I would not buy it even now. They violate the main idea of cryptocurrency, independence from state bodies

Yeah its centralized but ripple are doing well in terms of spreading the technology of blockchain. I also don't want to invest here but since this is a cryptoworld and every news matter so I will support XRP for this kind of hard work.

the modern era is about to begin, and digital assets are going to be very important, maybe we just need to wait for a generational generation, we just have to wait 10-20 years. when there is no more people who do not afraid of technology. and the growth of the digital age is beginning
