Obviously no. That Jimmy shuaps zhang handle almost everything about the code. He has control over the contract/deployer, the computer that run 24/7 with rebase script is in his house. He seems planned this all perfectly. with good communication, he makes all the other team members follow his rules.

Interesting if they will really turned this case to FBI. From their tweets, they were giving some sort of deadline to return the stolen funds before giving this case to FBI. I believe this person = Shuaipeng "Jimmy" Zhang is already in hiding as he was named in the tweet. More than likely, he already planned ahead before stealing those funds. Sad reality. A lot of these developers are really driven by greed. Can this project move forward without those funds?

Your Rise Protocol is something totally new for me. The first thing that confused me is these difference in prices on Uniswap (0.57$ https://info.uniswap.org/token/0x3fa807b6f8d4c407e6e605368f4372d14658b38c ) and on CoinmarketCap (17.71$ https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/rise-protocol/ ).

I believe that it’s impossible to retrieve anymore the ETH that already drained out from there wallet. I follow this project too but never invested because I have a trauma on investing in token with this feature just like Ampleforth with elastic supply. I wonder on how will they cover the loss and what will be it’s effect to the image of this project tho.
