it's incredible, they are doing a great work but the value is still to much cheap!
How many holders are there?
I'm holding and voting delegates that are sharing reward with me, last time I entered my wallet I had +20k rise thanks to the reward. Well the dev that tookover the coin is really well prepared, he's one of those who saved lisk many time finding really bad bug on lisk code, so rise has good developer in it, but not enough to push the price up. How many holders are there?

the rise project looks promising. it is great project. we awaits more good news especially with the bittrex wallet.

bittrex lock some accounts in 2018 so 2m+ rise disappear because they can not withdraw.

Important Community Notice The Rise
The Rise Team and Bittrex had a conference call on April 11th, 2019. As announced before, Bittrex is taking the Rise exchange wallet offline on April 12th. We asked for more clarity surrounding the fate of the Rise tokens that were left on the exchange by their rightful owners. Bittrex provided us with the following answer: The Rise tokens won't be dumped on the market but will be stored offline. If Rise ever gets relisted these tokens will become accessible again in the owner's accounts.
In light of this new information from Bittrex, we believe the best course of action is to NOT release a new core version that would prevent moving the Rise tokens currently residing in the exchange wallet. It is in the best interest of the Rise token owners to maintain the possibility to potentially regain access to their Rise tokens in the future. Bittrex will secure and hold the tokens for their customers until then.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the voting process regarding this topic. Know that your vote was not in vain because it demonstrated we still have an active community and you are an important part of it.

Hi guys, after our team discussions yesterday we focused on three main elements. 1) Exchange listing and esp at least one major exchange. 2) Getting a finished and polished product. 3) A marketing plan so we can be heard with a clear direction of what makes our platform interesting. We have to get the message out about our project!! The team feels we have one shot to get this right as we move away from crypto winter and into a more positive market. For my part I will be contacting as many exchanges as possible on a regular basis. Frank will be working with me on our marketing plan and Veke will continue heading development. The three elements have to come together in unison. That is the teams priorities for now, I will keep you all updated on our progress on a regular basis. Have a good weekend!!

The team itself ought to have approached the support of of Bittrex for help on how it can be opened, if at all the exchange on its own has refused to enable withdrawal.
