In fact, in slot gambling, no matter how small the money we deposit can last a long time if the spin is good, as you said using 10 USD for slot gambling, if the spin is good then it can last, maybe it can even rise and with a good spin it makes good gambling. This can be done in long sessions such as 1 to 3 hours. In my opinion, slot gambling can be played in a relaxed manner if we treat it only as entertainment, not by chasing wins that can trigger deposits of very large amounts of money. and if they gamble excessively it will only increase their stress, not relieve stress.

Indeed, most of those who force themselves to gamble don't care about their financial condition. If they could see their financial condition, maybe they wouldn't gamble by forcing themselves. does slot gambling have a reverse? For example, if we gamble with the aim of having fun we will win, but if we gamble with the aim of winning, we tend to end up losing. That's right, one way to avoid big losses is to organize ourselves well, don't let ourselves be drawn deeper into gambling because that will only make them lose a lot of money by gambling. but even though it is simple, it is difficult to apply, this makes them unaware of the losses involved in gambling, and in my opinion this is the same as self-control, this is easy to say but difficult to do, just like self-control

Yes, as long as things are done in order they can turn out well, in fact when we play in the slots, everyone has their own way of doing things well, for example because I enjoy the slots that way, I don't There is another way, I always look for a way to do it better, with my money in the slots I don't look to win, but to enjoy, maybe to de-stress sometimes that is the only thing that causes loss in me, but there are erosions that have another approach, it is going to do all the things that basically we are doing things better, for example the people who want to make money with the games, yes, they can do it by betting little, but betting little and little all the time can also decapacitate us, 'for that in the games of lsots and in any casino game we must be intelligent and not think too much about what we win, but rather about what we lose, it is a shame that I did not learn it in games, I learned it in trading, I saw what that also applies here.

So when we know and are clear about what we know and what we can do based on our experience, there is a lot that we save or stop losing, for me it is very imperative to be able to do things better when we have our money willing to lose, the Things change like that, because things become secondary and it is not what we are looking for.

When we are looking for ways to play and strategies, we know that there are many, in fact there are very interesting articles on the bitcasino.io blog, I always recommend it because there are many ways to apply when we are in the slots, in fact they say there What are the different types of systems, how to treat them, everything about the RTP, this is very broad, one can think that the systems are just a simple way of doing things and no, the things are different, each thing has its science, it is incredible.

are you sure about that? gambling with money on slots but don't want to win, is that sure? I mean if you really want to enjoy gambling, you definitely want to win at least. In fact, if you want to get rid of stress by gambling, in my opinion it is more likely to be impossible, because gambling which has a greater percentage will result in defeat, so it is impossible to get rid of stress, on the contrary, it is likely that gambling which results in defeat will actually give you stress which makes you think that you can't. accept the reality of defeat.

and indeed everyone has their own way of gambling, but in my opinion their goal is the same, namely winning. with them gambling, in my opinion they want a win that can be obtained and can be taken home, perhaps it can be ascertained that 95% of those who gamble want to win and 5% gamble without wanting to win, because in my opinion gambling without wanting to win is unreasonable , because what are you looking for in slot gambling besides winning? Is there anything else to look for in slot gambling?

It may be true that there are many ways to apply when we are in slots, but in my opinion it will not guarantee a win, including the RTP.  Some people do gamble by believing in RTP racing but I don't because in my opinion it's just another way to lure gamblers to be more confident in gambling.

The truth is, I don't know if you ever played PS for 1 hour, half an hour, but every time you played like that, you enjoyed it a lot and forgot about the things you had to do at the moment, in the slots I do it like that, and That's something that came up a long time ago, of course I'm not looking to win, because there would come another type of interest that would change many things in my brain, in this case what I do is look for winning, I don't know, it could be the sound of the slots, or it could be the same juice of the slots that makes the things different for me and I like it, I say it this way because to play in each game session I only spend 10usd to play and in that case if I lose them It's okay, because it bothers me, sometimes I don't or I refuse to play and my money runs out very quickly and I lose, but sometimes I'm on the verge of losing and I win some free spins and that fascinates me, because I prolong my game and that's good for me, if I de-stress, or I know why, it's like entering a soccer game where you enjoy the game as it is and for those 90 minutes + discount, I probably run out of them, so It's something I really enjoy.

So when I see that some things happen like this in the game and in the slots, well, I use them a lot, it's a matter of luck, because sometimes the slot games last longer, other times they don't, you lose quickly and well, that's where my fun ends. I don't deny it, there are times when the game goes so fast that it makes you want to put in more to have fun, but I have Learned that discipline has to be applied in everything, so we must be very Emphatic about that and comply with everything that is owed, cannot be invented in games, no matter how much we love a game, what is spent and lost is money, and I think that the season for many is there to give the money like that, yes There is money to have fun, but not all the money there is is for fun, money must be counted, it must be planned so that it is enough for everything.

I really agree with what you said to allocate 1% for gambling, but that doesn't apply to me personally, why?
if we look at the numbers let's say I have an income of $200 a month so I only have $2 for gambling I think that's an inappropriate price to get pleasure from, the strategy I use is when I have more income than I should I will go to the casino and deposit it
Why would you gamble when you only earn $200 a month? And even if you want to do it, you will have to use a small amount from it because if you spend $50 to $100 on your gambling activities, you will have difficulties with other necessary expenses. You also mentioned that you can't have pleasure with just $2 in gambling, which means that you gamble for fun and pleasure, and one should only gamble for fun and pleasure if they have extra funds to spend on it.

People need to understand that gambling is not something compulsory, you are not supposed to gamble if you are not earning more than enough so that you can cover all necessary expenses, save some money, and still have some money left behind that you can use for your gambling activities.

The less you bet the less you risk losing money, 1% gambling strategy is a very responsible way and method to stay away from the risk of losing money you cannot afford from your monthly income. This strategy or plan you are going to apply is a money management for all your expenses and how to manage your income, gains, investment. I can say if someone is gambling 1% or even go until 5% of his monthly income will stay away from losses and addiction, since from that amount he will be gambling there’s always a chance maybe to win something otherwise he wouldn’t feel losing anything.

The problem is many gambling loses self-control, and go for like 50% or worse from their income or even savings, I have learned that before gambling I prefer seeing id there’s anything I have to buy before making a deposit and start my sessions, many time I have changed my mind minutes before depositing to a casino, cashing out that amount to get something else useful. It’s not that easy to control yourself cravings for gambling but with time you can learn that it’s something very possible.

It's a smart method to spend smaller amount of our income on gambling, so that we may not feel the gravity of the pains losing a huge amount of money could cause to a gambler. A player who loses smaller amount of money wouldn't feel any emotional setback. Instead, he enjoys the game and learns better on money management. Thereby, being able to run his family proficiently without any many troubles. This method requires a consistent strength from the gambler. He has to keep maintaining his gambling strategy so strong that it doesn't slip off his hands. Because any mistake from his end, of wagering more than the said 1% can ruin his long years of hard work trying to maintain the 1% monthly gambling fundings. As gamblers it's also a good thing to swap thoughts, when necessary, but it must be done with caution.

Betting a very small amount or smaller on gambling is indeed more advisable because with habits and ideas like this, gambling activities will not make you lose balance in financial matters, but still you must really bring this kind of amount, You should not exceed 10% of the total income from your work and also on the other hand not only in terms of budget because you also need to pay attention to other sides such as in terms of time, in the sense that you must be able to limit your gambling time, because it is useless if you bring a small amount but you still gamble too often then this will still make you eventually lose a large amount when calculated.

So the point is that risking 1 - 10% is good for healthy involvement but we must not forget other aspects that are no less important, as I said above in terms of time, try to limit it, you can gamble 1 or 2 times a week with a small amount and this will prevent all the worries such as addiction.

Guideline 1: Gamble no more than 1% of household income
Don’t bet more than 1% of your household income before tax per month. For example, someone with a household income of $70,000 before tax should gamble no more than $58 per month.

Recently I decided to risk only 1 percent of my gambling portfolio into each bet. This makes my bet risk free as I know that even if I lose the bet i will lose only 1% of my gambling money.

Do you guys also follow a similar strategy like gambling with 1% or 2% on each game? This way not only we are safe from losing big amounts but at the same time, we never find ourselves in a situation where we go all in, in some bet and then have the fear of losing all of our money.

You must have heard 1% strategy in trading, the same can be applied in gambling too and believe me, you will feel a lot more comfortable using this 1% of your money in every game.
This also gives you a lot of games to play before you end up on your money as on every bet you will use 1% of your money. In case you lose all bets, you will be playing 100 games because your money is exhausted.

The Lower-Risk Gambling Guidelines
I am not trying to say that this idea is bad because it can free you from risky higher money in bets than betting with half of the money that you kept for gambling during the week or month, some of us are gambling for money, not gambling for fun because many are looking for a way to make quick money and some have benefit from gamble and some haven't, with that idea of betting 1% in gamble we can not win ghe type of profits we want. Only fun gamblers can do this and feel excited even when they are losing.

If it's just security and tends to be afraid of losing money, it is highly recommended to follow what the OP says, but whoever the person is will certainly want a win, so the 1% method is difficult to accept and there is real dissatisfaction in winning, but if you are right If you really think that gambling is just for fun, it's worth it, but if you hope to win more, use the money you can afford to lose.

Recently I decided to risk only 1 percent of my gambling portfolio into each bet. This makes my bet risk free as I know that even if I lose the bet i will lose only 1% of my gambling money.

This is good strategy in general because it will limit you to over betting when you are tilted but the problem is most of the game has a minimum bet. Unless your bankroll is always greater than 50$ then you will have any problem on minimum bet on some games like slot  but if you are live games player like me then this will not work as the minimum bet Blackjack table is 5$ while 1$ on other games.

I don’t use fixed percentage betting because I hate calculating frequently on the amount of my bet. Because you will need to recalculate every bet if you will follow this fixed percentage betting strategy since your bankroll is changing when you win or lose. This is hassle for me compared when I will just bet what is the minimum amount for the game that I want to play.
1-5% on which i would consider out to be a safe number or allocation on which you would really be that making use on gambling with your salary on which there's no way that you could really be able to make yourself that wreck up or would really be putting up yourself on such gambling addiction just because you do really have that kind of moderation on which not all would really be able to do so.
As long you dont make yourself that messing up your life with when it comes into this manner then i dont see any issues that you could really be able to happen on here.
Usually gamblers do really mess on the time that they would really be spending more on the amount that they do have on which this causes up such devastation.

Those who don't accept defeat would have to deal with the consequences of not accepting the unending losses attached to gambling activities. It's a personal decision which may have to do with multiple factors. Which we can't predict exactly why a gambler wouldn't stop gambling for some moment, after facing a spree of losses in his gambling activity. Some could be in a dilemma that eliminates the choices of being restrictive. As they're confused on ways of countering the problem gambling in them, hungrily seeking for few wins. A lot of gamblers respond to this differently, and few learns to restrict themselves, while others struggle over it and try to maintain and regulate their gambling urge. A gambler can easily change his authority over the money he earns, and hand it over to his spouse to help him manage the funds, to help them deal with the gambling difficulty. Even though, lots of gamblers, are well aware of the problem affiliated to gambling, but find it hard to ask for help from loved ones.
A gambler cannot stop himself when he has been lost because they still wants to try to recover their losses, and they thinks that if they continues gambling, they still has a chance to win. That's what makes them try to gamble. They still have that hope, even though it is not always true, because they can experience even bigger losses. Indeed, it is a personal decision, but they also have to look at their financial condition so that if they are low on money, they don't need to deposit any more money because that can make them return to gambling for longer. It will also cause them to experience greater losses. This requires self-control and clear boundaries in gambling so that they will not want to try to continue gambling just because they want to chase wins or recover their losses. They know that the more eager they are to do it, the more they will experience losses, so they will try to control their emotions and desire to continue their gambling game. For this reason, if someone is new to gambling, they should be able to learn to control themselves so that they don't experience difficulties in gambling and also won't follow their desires and ego to continue gambling.

Those who don't know much on self-control should have some exceptional ways or techniques of dealing with their incapability. Gamblers who are fed up with wagering lots of money each day, already knows they're not proficient in self-control, but they still maintain their problem and remain safe from addiction. One could hand over his cards, and delete bank apps from his devices, and restrict himself from having access to his money. It helps some people with no self-control to avoid long term troubles in gambling. It's just a onetime control, which saves the gambler from severe problem gambling. Possessing the self-control skill is fine and beneficial, but lots of people who own such skills, sometimes, battles with addiction. In such cases as heart breaks can be too strong on a gambler that he'd forget about his self-control while gambling. A good gambler is also expected to get hold of his thoughts even on a bad day. As gambling could be relaxing their brain, at the moment, but later on, could be annoying, adding to the trouble of the gambler. It is also important that a gambler don't take beer while gambling. The control doesn't revolve on bankroll again, but every other distraction that could cause distraction or annoyance to the gambler.
Many impulse control sufferers use practical methods like restraining cash, which can save their lives. It shows that occasionally one strong act of restraint can be more powerful than recurring temptation struggles.

Please consider the psychological component. Even self-controlled people can lose control under emotional stress like sorrow. It reminds us we're all human with highs and lows. Clear thinking is essential in these moments, but difficult. Gambling should relieve stress, not create it.

Your tip about not drinking while gaming is spot-on. Avoiding distractions and clearing your mind are key. Fun gambling involves controlling funds, emotions, and environment. Enjoyable and safe gambling depends on it.

When we talked about self-control, things can be very different for many because each of us has a different personality, each of us has different ways of solving problems, of facing problems and how we can take steps to do so and make decisions. In this order of days we are people who are always going to look for the best for ourselves, that is why when things are casino we must find the best way to do things, I could say that self-control begins before enter the casino, for example we all know that when we enter the casino we are excited and eager to play, but because of this we cannot give advice to anyone who does things like us because as I said before, the people are very different when they do or solve problems, everyone has the best way of doing things, or as they say, everyone has their own style.

It's delicate when you try to give advice while you're inside the casino, because in the casino things are different, each person is the owner of their money, and you can't be right to allocate so much or just play and not spend more, no , that is something that cannot be done, in this order of things things can be very determining to do them, because I have my way of playing, and my way of playing is first to allocate money that I am willing to lose, oops when I go to To play the sots I only put 10usd and nothing more, I don't go beyond that, that's another rule that I always have, that's why when I'm doing any kind of thing in the casino, I can do whatever it takes to be able to have the best results, always taking care of the money, if I take care of my money, then I will have better options for everything, and when the money is determined to be lost, it is already within the player if they want to control their emotions or not.

Following some of these tips helps the gambler not to spend recklessly, and also hands him out an interesting gambling experience. It's been a long-term struggle for gamblers to maintain and stick to responsible gambling. Things keep popping out gradually, one way or another. The goal of gambling is mainly for fun, but most people find it so difficult to deal with the truth. They accept within them that gambling is a means to earning lots of money. Nobody knows who is right or wrong with their motives. But from the look of things and known examples and experiences from people who followed the route of tagging gambling as a means of making money, a lot of them made it out of gambling successfully. Addicted players are filled in that same category with isn't a good thing for a gambler to partake or be a part of gambling for money reasons alone. We all have other priorities, which include being intellectually sound, despite being a gambler.

1% is too high a limit. It is acceptable only if you play just for fun and not to make money. To achieve normal winnings using small amounts, you need to have a lot of time and a fairly calm character. And you should keep in mind that the lucky streak does not last long.

I believe so, yes and maybe playing as well for 3 consecutive days then the next week stop and then play again the next week. That's how I gamble and it feels really new to do it when you have a break and you get some insights especially if you're researching and taking some analysis on the sports you tend to follow specifically for gambling. Yeah, most of the time we are triggered specially if we lost and we tend to get that losses by not following the objective but I for me I take it as lessons.

If you gamble like this, I don't think that you will ever be an addicted gambler, a gambler should do everything possible divert his or her attention towards addiction, addiction had been a problem for many gamblers, so if anyone can curtail this with any means then that's fine, this strategy is good, I wish many gamers can work with this strategy this will reduce the rate of addiction in gambling.
Continues gambling without taking a break has been the problem most gamblers experience, this has turn many gamblers into addicts.
The biggest reason why gamblers lose is that a gambler tries to continue gambling as long as his bankroll lasts. Some gamblers win more and their greediness also increase. Some people try to get rich very quickly but after a certain time it is found that their losses are huge. So we must keep our expectation with in limit. Gamblers should take regular breaks from gambling. A gambler should find  entertainment instead of earning more money from gambling. Even if a gambler loses money in gambling it is not a problem but when he becomes addicted it becomes negative impact.

losing isn't just part of the game; it is the game. The house always wins, remember? And yet, here you are, thinking you can beat the odds. It's not about hope; it's about math, pure and simple. The more you play, the more you lose. That's not pessimism; that's reality

But, if you must gamble, here's a thought: set strict limits. And I mean, ironclad. Decide beforehand how much you're willing to lose (because, let's face it, you will lose) and stick to it. No ifs, ands, or buts. And when that limit hits, you walk away. No second chances, no "just one more game." That's how you maintain control in a system designed to take it away from you
We may be able to beat the house and get a win, but we have to remember that we can't get that win too often, so we have to control ourselves when gambling. A wise person will stop his gambling activities when he feels he has lost a certain amount of money and does not want to continue gambling because it could cause him to lose more money.

If you think about "just one more game," it can trigger you to stay longer in the casino so that you will forget to control yourself and also forget that gambling cannot always give you a win. If you want to gamble, set a limit and don't exceed that limit so that you don't have to experience more losses. We control the use of money, and it is not gambling that controls us because it is our money that we have to protect so that it doesn't run out in one game. With this limit, we will know when we have almost reached the limit so we can immediately stop gambling activities.

Those who do not have self-control will find it difficult to prevent their desire to gamble because they will only feel that they want to gamble until they can win. But those who have good self-control can know when it's time to stop gambling so that they don't risk losing too much money. They can finish the gambling game and leave the casino because they don't want to lose more. By having self-control, a person can use gambling as entertainment and will not gamble for too long, let alone deposit more money than before because they only consider gambling as part of other activities. That is why we have to continuously practice self-control so that we can be better and so that we will not be tempted by anything in the casino so that we only use gambling as necessary. There is no intention to chase wins or recover losses from gambling because we will always remember and know that it will only make us experience more losses. It is true that while gambling, a gambler must be able to remain conscious so that he can see how much money he has used and how long he has to stop gambling immediately.

I really agree with what you said to allocate 1% for gambling, but that doesn't apply to me personally, why?
if we look at the numbers let's say I have an income of $200 a month so I only have $2 for gambling I think that's an inappropriate price to get pleasure from, the strategy I use is when I have more income than I should I will go to the casino and deposit it
1% is a risk-free investment for gambling from your $200 monthly earning if you gamble with only $2 it is very cheap and you wouldn’t get much fun with this amount so i suggest 5% for gambling if you use 5% it should $10 this amount is perfect for gambling and getting much fun. so if someone has high monthly salary more then 1 thousand usd they can 1% it will $10 and also they can use up to 5% to enjoy the gambling. and always gambling should accept as a entertainment only
if it's 5% I think it's more real than 1%, we can still consider losing 5% as a loss, but if it's only 1% this is just an opinion in my opinion, I think it's impossible for someone who earns $1k in a month to only spend $10 for gambling entertainment, maybe 1% is risk free but I'm not sure that will satisfy them in playing, neither do I, of course we all hope for a win, with a capital of $2 what win can we expect if I use 5% I can expect a big win enough and accept it if you lose

Good one. been seeing and learning that a lot of us here are big-steppers when we gamble to which I say, you do you, but at the same time I don't see it as a sustainable way for you to really keep your bankroll going especially if you're gambling on a budget.

Setting a specific amount for each bet is a great start to learning gambling discipline and I implore people who've been belligerent gamblers in the past and present to actually try this, it's not gonna cost you a lot (pun intended) and it's gonna keep your gambling bankroll going on for longer, which is a massive win-win if I do say so myself. But if you really can't be bothered to gamble on a budget, then at the very least risk-assess yourself and find out just how much you could lose before you dry your bankroll up, from there create a feasible gambling plan that would allow you to maximize the most number of games at the highest possible bets.
