I suggest you lock the thread.  In the bottom right you will find
Lock option . You can open it again when you sure you got scammed.
Otherwise it might backfire on you like a kind of extortion or blackmail.
It's unfair to the casino you opened this scam accusation without any solid proof of wrong doing or scam.

I disagree, I opened the thread before they paid anything and they weren’t following through on their communication time line at all. And they also did originally refuse to pay. I removed those timeline updates from my og post out of respect for the casino cause they did start paying out at least what they promised. That could be why you missed any wrong doing.  I had every means to open this thread and did so on many others recommendations. That being said you’re right and given that the casino has yet to either confirm on deny paying out in full it’s unfair to the casino. I have locked the thread until further notice

I just asked if they can increase it due to the time it will take. Just stating that this is gonna be a long process, I updated the title to reflect what they have paid. If you read my og post they originally did refuse to pay out due to “dishonest behaviour” thus why I made the feedback threads in the first place. I have my bet history saved and everything documented to 100% prove these winnings are legit. Sure they may be losing customers now in the short term, but I think paying out in full would actually be a good thing in the long term for rocketpot. It will restore their credibility on here and they’ll attract new customers knowing they honour big payouts. You have a point if they are reading this they should really pay the full amount to take down any negative feedback that
people might be perceived on their casino, I suggest that you post an update at the top of the beginning of the thread on how much they paid you and how much they still owed you and highlight it in red or blue so any new readers can easily see the update not just on the title.
I wish you luck although its still a long way to go I'm sure you're going to getyour earnings that you rightly deserve.

It is true that their customers may decrease due to this incident, but no progress has been seen so far on how serious they are. Since the money you win is right, they should pay you as soon as possible. And if they think that winning is not fair, then detailed information should come from them. When a gambling website is busy making various excuses, the interest in that website should be reduced. So if they don't resolve this allegation that they will lose their customers, it can be said for sure.

No they’ve made progress and have paid out 16k of the winnings so far which is the max allowed within their withdraw limits. In fairness to them I have updated the title to reflect this.

If they are not stating they will not pay you the full $170,000 why are you panicking? Until they explicitly state they will not pay you the $170,000 you should not be getting worried. It seems all they are doing is waiting for confirmation from the game provider that yours was a legitimate win (that you won fairly without any cheating) and they have been making payments according to their ToS regardless... stay positive and let this play out with a little patience.

When I asked today for the update regarding it, I was told this(see pic). In fairness to rocketpot they have started paying out what’s allowed within in their limits and they have honoured their word on these payouts. Trust me there’s no one that would love to change the thread title more than me, but for now untill I get a answer all

So after I request a another $10k on Monday the 11th I’m gonna be waiting till August 1st before I can request a further payout. I hope they can approve this(but I have a feeling that they won't approve it since it would work against them). withdrawing the money would take at least 8-9 months(according to your other post), and a lot of things can happen in that time frame. you might also get bored and decides to test your luck again and gamble(which I think is what they are counting on).

Long process yes, but at this point you prob could change the title to Rocketpot refusing to pay in full 170k cashout and add updated amount like 16k paid so far or something. It's not really a refusal if they're paying you slowly according to their ToS. Just an opinion

Whether they will pay you the full sum or not, that's the fact. It's pretty much understandable why they are not going to pay you in full. It's because of their liquidity. Very much likely that if they pay you the full amount at once, they will lack of liquidity and as a result, bankruptcy. Since, they have taken step and promised to pay you installment, you have no other option but to bear with that decision.

So so far I’ve received $16k of the $170k+. Good news is there was no delay in the $10k payout for this week.  Unfortunately still have no direct answer or confirmation from rocketpot if they will be paying out and honoring the full 170k+ in winnings waiting on the appropriate manager update for that. Now following their withdrawal limits I am waiting till next week to request another $10k to see if this continues. Will post further updates and every payment received on here
I'm happy for you but I will advise you not to celebrate yet because it is never a good idea to play in a casino that has an unresolved issue on Ask Gamblers according to the link provided here. Meanwhile, they only promised to pay you $16K out of $170K and they have paid you $10K so far.

It's really sad to see they haven't paid the 6k they told you to request. If Monday comes and goes and you still see no pay send me a message and remind me to tag them for you. (looks like jawhead has already tagged them)

You should also consider opening a flag against them to warn possible future depositors.

I hope after all that we posted about this casino, they will not get back to you and accuse you of ruining their reputation when they already promised that they will pay, I have seen this scenario in the past, you just did the right thing posting all that happens here and do not rely on their promise, if their intention is to pay they will do it without further delay and agitate you.

I've read through the story and find the story of the Rocketpot representative on support to be very fuzzy. I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't pay out, probably not themselves and so they've decided to hold your money. I give you little hope. Now they have a financial manager in the picture, there was none in their first communication, they should have told you that in the first place they have a financial manager to check your status, I hope this will not drag on as we have been, not only you taken by a ride, they should have pay what they promise, I would have praised these people if they honor their promise, but they keep on delaying.

Exactly, their communication has been very inconsistent. Just to recap, first they decline the withdrawal and say “dishonest behaviour” with an explanation of “I activated the bonus funds and then collect bonuses or spins in a game directly. Then I go and cancel or lose the bonus funds. After that I go back into the game collect the spins or bonus and have it added to real balance” again that doesn’t make any sense as you can see from the proof/pics posted this is a lie and simply not true, as I never canceled or lost the bonus. I cleared the 100x wager requirements for it. At one point I was down to my last $140 from the bonus funds and placed it on sweet bonanza candy land game show and hit a 60x for around $4800ish here is the game history for that bet https://imgur.com/a/MWqgvgE and from there cleared the bonus playing multiple games such as Slots, table games and game shows. Point being I got extremely lucky and had I lost that last $140 bet I would of lost and never went on the insanely lucky run I went on.

Moving forward after I explain to them I cleared the bonus wager requirements and never canceled or lost the bonus the next day they tell me my winnings are legit and that I did clear the bonus and to request a $6000 withdrawal. I also asked if they will be honoring the pay out and I was told a manager will be emailing you, could this be the finance manager? I can do is just post every payment I receive on here(which is still positive news) I also asked if there is any way they can raise their monthly limits they cannot. So after I request a another $10k on Monday the 11th I’m gonna be waiting till August 1st before I can request a further payout. The reality is getting paid out in full is gonna take a long time and this will be an extruding long process
