I believe max post is not really very important since the rate of payment is in weekly basis. So meeting only the minimum post required is all needed to get payment. But of course posting more than minimum post is in advantage since we can't guarantee if our post quality basis meets the campaign manager standards. 
thank you very much. i hadn't seen the place with the fixed payout amounts in the first post. that's also new from this week on. but now we know the new rules well and can continue diligently
