we need to know what was the "correct line" stated at the time.

this bet was incorrectly voided and for a $10.5k+ win, which is a lot. i have shown proof along with other users that the line I bet was the regular line.

Edit: Got a reply from Razer, Rollbit is more than willing to cooperate and answer to any third party addressing this issue. Given there's no ADR that's suitable for this case [sportsbetting related] you can escalate it to [email protected]. Please note that the ruling made by the master license holder is final and binding to both parties, so both parties has to honor the final decision made by GC.

Another week goes by and Rollbit is making millions and getting away with scamming their customers

The last information provided by Razer is that the decision came from Betby, their sportsbook provider, not by Rollbit themselves, and thus there's nothing they can do about it. The rule about sportsbook canceling bets is also already stated on their Terms and Conditions, of which you agreed upon signing up,

3.3. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet.

I am sorry that I have to tell you this, but this case is as good as solved. Nonetheless, if you still want to pursue this matter, I can PM Razer on your behalf --since previously you told us that Razer set his PM to not accepting messages from newbies-- and ask him if Rollbit would want to take this matter to another party and see their ruling about this.

it would be helpful if Razer could shed more light on what their odds provider Betby decided was invalid about this line. From other community members they have stated the lines are almost identical on other sites for this particular LOL game.

i see rollbit making millions every day but they are trying to scam me for 10k.

razer should reply to us which is correct line for this game is 2.0 is not the correct line.

This is  ridiculous.

I am a HUGE esports bettor and this price was definitely correct.
EVEN IF  it wasnt correct, there cant be  more then 10-15% change.
why dont  u payout the OP on  the correct odds? wont  it be the  ethical  thing ??

There is ZERO chance  u would have voided the  bet if  OP lost.

Gambling  sites like yours are cancer, who only exist to take our hard earned money.

+ The most respected sportsbook in the world(Pinnacle) paid out OP's wins.

Hi, thank you for accepting my invitation and promptly [re]addressing the issue here once notified. I am not sure if I've asked this on the ANN thread before, I understand that the one voided OP's bets is the sportsbook provider --and not you-- and thus your hand are kinda tied on this matter. If you could help OP and the community understand better, though, can you please tell us to the best of your knowledge --or perhaps even better, an explanation from your provider themselves-- why the bets are marked as incorrect while the odds are not varied too differently --thus, incorrect-- with the one on Pinnacle as on OP's screenshot, or with the ones listed by Poika5 above?

this is extremely concerning.

Razer was just back online [I glanced at his profile earlier yesterday right after your post] later yesterday to address other issue. There's a chance he didn't aware of this thread. I'll try to notify him by PM.

Rollbit is well known here to be a reliable and reputable casino and have been running a campaign here for quite some time now with no complaint of scam or any other accusations against them. Am very surprised at your accusations against them and as a matter of fact, i will get the link to their official announcement thread here and possibly the link to their representative here so that you can communicate  with him. At least this could help you get through to the rollbit team to helping you look into your complaints.

With the level of reputation that Rollbit have developed on this forum i don't think little threat like this coming from OP could make any impact to tarnish her image, aside that it's one of the most recognized casinos on this platform, it's also one of the reliable gambling platform that have been existing over time and they never compromised their standards, if he has any issue with them then the first thing to do is to contact them through their representative here or use their ANN discussion thread to lodge the complaints than creating an accusation thread first.

You got it backward, OP was from their ANN and moved their complaint here to make it more focused --and I assume they also want to move it a bit more toward the spotlight-- Razer had been notified and replied on their ANN prior to this thread being published.
