Thanks holydarkness. It's a hard wait.

Finally! Happy to hear from you @Rollbit Razer , Would you know how long these usually take? The last time I had a review from Evolution, it took about ~8 days.

Hi juicer07,

This one is pending a review by Evolution, which I can see you've already been informed about via our support.

Once their review is finished, you'll receive an update via the existing ticket!

Thanks for your patience in the meantime Smiley

Far as I know, and as I mentioned above, unfortunately casino [any casino, not just Rollbit] doesn't have control on how long it takes for an investigation by a provider to conclude. They're a third party independent to Rollbit [or other casinos] that Rollbit can't influence their queue and/or method. I'll advise some patience. It usually won't take months as previously mentioned.

Yeah the wait is agonizing because I nor the casino have control over it.

Provider issue is the worst when it comes to waiting time because casino doesn’t have any control over the deadline of their hold to your account. Usually it will take up to 3 months depending on the case since provider is very slow to process investigation.

You made the right choice to seek help for casino representatives so that they can escalate your issue to the provider. The casino online support typically will just send you generic reply compared when it was handle by the bitcointalk representative of rollbit.

I'll beg to differ on the point that it'll usually take up to three months as, AFAIK, mostly it doesn't take that long to clear, usually days if not weeks. And about the casino representative being able to help, I might be wrongly remembering this part, but AFAIK casino will not interfere with third party investigation. Yes, they can keep emailing the provider, but that's the extend of "expediting" it, the pace of the conclusion still ultimately fall into the hand of the provider and there's nothing the casino representative can do to make it quicker.

I think my last time for this similar situation took about a week or two. Hopefully we get an update earlier.

Yeah I waited 24h before posting because of the amount involved. Usually these withdrawals are instant/within the hour regardless of the amount. Since it was the provider, hoping it can get resolved soon, or I get more info soon.

Players should wait at least a week before posting a scam accusation. This board would be flooded if every player posted about a withdrawal taking 24 hours. Payments should be made in 24 hours, but a payment taking less than a week still isn't a scam.

For a casino that promised an instant withdrawal I think having a 24hrs pending withdrawal considering the amount involved here can surely raise immediate concern.

But since the issue was already determined which is due to the provider requesting to hold the user account then your suggestion is valid. It’s not bad though to line-up the concern immediately to notice if there’s something wrong in the casino. There’s already an instance that a trusted casino turns into scam in the past that started from delay withdrawal.

Waiting for a week just to raise concern will make many more victims for a potential exit scam. This is also a good way to push casino on improving their withdrawal system.

I don’t agree with the provider excuse. A lot of these books use the same provider or verification service. Some get the checks done within a week and others are taking months. A lot of times the hope is that the player will continue casino play during the delay.

Even with fiat books where you do KYC upfront, there are times when they ask for more information upon requesting a withdrawal. Those checks never take more than a week.

Well it's not a "big" win relatively because I put in 100k and tried to withdraw 130k so that's relatively 30%? Not sure though. But this is within the range I usually play with when it comes to high-roller blackjack tables.

Appreciate the reply! And I hope it's just the same as last time I posted where they had a provider take 10-ish days to get back. It's just that the wait is agonizing so I appreciate the help!

And yes the win was honest and no foul play because it came off a very lucky side bet win in blackjack so I felt the need to withdraw after.

Hello. Thank you for tagging me and bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately, after giving your thread a read, I don't think there is much Razer [or I, for the same reason] can do based on this explanation on your screenshot,

https://talkimg.com/images/2024/07/26/49NV1.png

Do I understand correctly that you requested for withdrawal after a big win? It's one of their provider's procedure to run an investigation upon big win to be sure that there is no foul play. And the length of the investigation [as it's made by their provider and not Rollbit themselves] is unknown to rollbit. There is not much Razer or any staff of Rollbit can do to expedite it.

However, you can rest assured that if you win honestly, it'll be released soon after the investigation finished.

Apologies. For this amount I was hoping for more info on it and assistance rather than no ETA
