It was your mistake and you have said this yourself but didn't you manage to have a look at the T&C before registering over casino? If you have then you would know that in case of violation of the rules account is banned but still lucky you get your funds back as Rollbit have the reputation but even if they haven't given it back they would not be at fault.

I don't think he violated any of their rules! I read their T&C and, as per my understanding, having more than one account per household is not prohibited as long as they don't belong to the same person (which is not the case here).

You still lucky to get the money even if you violated the rules. Well, they are just too busy handling other things and it’s good that it’s ok already. The support might experience some delay on replying but rest assured that Rollbit team is working hard to address all the issues, this is one of the proof. Can’t wait for their updates with Rollbot and new things on their platform, they are just good on innovating.

Can't blame those people to be impatient to wait because maybe they have experience to many scams and their funds or withdrawals are on hold on those platform then they think that it might happen to them again. Well, to avoid any delays like this better to follow all the rules and cooperate with the site, if they see something wrong with your transaction or with your KYC, then accept it. there is 2 accounts, 1 is mine (which is not banned) 2 is my moms which is banned and money confiscated

Not necessarily. If you got limited on your main account they are likely fine with having you as a customer but if you start opening other accounts to circumvent the limits they'll ban those.

2 accounts, my account and my moms account.
moms account is banned, my account works fine.
If it were "multi accounting" my account would be banned too
