Probably it went through several verification checks to see if the user didn't cheat before they released the money, especially if the user didn't have any history whatsoever playing on the site before. If I were the guy who won that amount, I probably would have been to anxious and agitated too if I still haven't received my money after hitting withdraw. Then again this is all sorted out, and we can put this one behind us now.

I completely agree with this.

I saw the thread that the guy made and it's just completely unreasonable in my opinion to expect Rollbit to pay out such large wins so quickly.

@Rollbit i think you did the right thing. As a business you do have to protect your bases in case there was some sort of exploit, and it's industry standard to do so.

That was just a normal process I think if you are going to withdraw Big money, because Money laundering is still big concern by many sites and the delay is expected to happen even if you qualified for a KYC.

This is perfectly understandable since I am sure every casino would do the same thing in such a situation. Nonetheless, it was fixed now so I am not sure if the user should actually be "sad about the situation" at all? If nothing else, I'd be more than happy to know that the withdrawal of such a large amount was made possible within such a short period of time. About 20 hours of waiting isn't really that long.

And OP is thinking of not playing here again because of the delay, the delay is not even three days some casinos take a week or more if it's a big amount, they should understand that there are steps to take for casinos when it comes to big amount anyway the issue has been, it's up to him if he don't like to play anymore but its still worth playing in Rollbit.

How can you speak of a sad situation when they paid you 32 Bticoins? Do you even realize how much money that is? That's a few lifetimes of work. I think you should be very lucky that they paid it out so quickly, other casinos would take much longer. Assuming your story is true of course.

UPDATE: Solved, received the money all ok, 31.96860000 BTC.
But still sad about situation and idk should i play there anymore, hope they will solve all problems with payments.
