Some streamers might have quite a large number of viewers but they probably wont be able to reach the minimum amount of 500 players and $1,000,000 wagered amount by the referalls. It can be both with normal spins and buy bonus imo but I think there is also challenge than can be done with buy bonus only. Lets take an example for the one that can be done with buy bonus only. The challenge of Sweet Bonanza to hit 10x with min bet $20,000. I believe it can be done with buy bonus only as AFAIK the max allowed bet with normal spin on this game is no more than $500 ($50,000 with buy bonus). The same applies to the challenge Voodo Magic to hit 10x with min bet $20,000.
