Having a minimum number of tips per day? How can it help to fight against spam tip? If there is a minimum number tips per day then it forces players to send tip xx times per day. I cant get the logic to be honest unless you wanted to say maximum instead of minimum. Anyway even if you are willing to say maximum number, it is something contradictive with your early statement that tip amount should be whatever the tipper wants. If you think like this then there should not be a limit of how many times a tipper want to send tip per day.
