Well Almost all of the New gambling sites are started Accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum in their Early operation maybe because those coins are the Ideal cryptocurrencies , But eventually over the time while Players and the community tells and requested them to add some other coins ( like what mentioned) they come along and added those .
So maybe sooner or later this will be added, what is the most important now is that they started their advertising in Bitcointalk and we all knew how successful majority of the site that broadcasted here.

I don't see any min deposit, but it would be better to deposit at least $0.1 since most of games i've seen use that amount on rollbit.
Any deposit amount will be converted to $, so if you send any bitcoin or ETH, it will be converted to $.

It seems no demo mode available in rollbit( cmiiw ) but those are mostly 3rd party slots that other sites have as well so you might want to go to another site that provides demo mode for those slots , if that helps

I tend to agree with the idea, high fees will just a hindrance for others to deposit on the site, and it isn't sustainable in the long term for every gamblers. There are gamblers who aren't have that much bankroll and I guess they got high tx fees will be huge compare to what they can afford to gamble.
