That sounds over the top IMO. The casino is not even one of the top -- huge edge when it comes to traction -- plus tier 1 exchanges being finicky with casino tokens. As far as utility is concerned, it's probably will be limited to the casino only, as well. I don't see such thing happening.

It's possible the articles are sponsored. It's a thing in the marketing industry. I've never heard of the websites you mentioned, too.

Do you guys think this token really has this potential? Some sources say it could appreciate as much as SOL.

The user based of my perspective just don't know, how to found the history or result from the bonus he was taken. In there, the promotion was clear stated from:
- Minimum & Maximum Bonus
- Turnover
- How much % bonus you are gets.

They even stated the minimum betting for taken the promotion too. Back to the topic, the problem are just the waggering history (user was made). The question, what's is the problem they're found (which waggering is making the problem). It's the problem:
- Betting two side ?
- Or other activity boosting some waggering (without losing money/losing to much money).

Usually, casino avoided these kind of scheme but they should prevent the activity by creating the system for avoiding like betting two side or other.

If this is true, then the casino doesn't have clear communication regarding bonuses, and the casino needs to detail how to use bonuses according to its bonus policy.

If Rollblock is looking to build its reputation in the market, it needs to quickly clarify this or any accusation that arises, such delays in responding or resolving cases like this are never good for a casino and only make the situation worse. Slow responses to support tickets and confusion about terms and conditions related to bonuses also need to be clarified better.

That makes sense too. They can explain which movement activity they're marked as abused. But as always, casino is always never tell the details (sometimes with reason, don't want user to exploit them).

I still believe he takes some bonus, cause wagering deposits are quite easy to finish and slot are the one that can bring good wagering. IMO based on the review page they are not really activity joined discussion in other third parties resrouce only in their social media like (Discord). In third parties only response for case ticket, especially with good reputable website like Casino Guru.

Indeed, I got it from the player's post as the player said that he won the amount slot game Gates of Olympus with $5 base bet.
So I assume the allegation "suspicious wager and movement" is also related to slot game since both the player and the casino's rep did not tell other things.


Unfortunately the player do not even remember whether he took a bonus or not while he played but what I dont understand is why it takes that long (4 months) to get answer.
Lets say the player took a bonus and he did something against the term, I'm sure it is simple to explain which movement or which wager is against the terms.

It could be, all of his waggering activity not only slot by other games. This means, my possible scenario has two:
1. Waggering for Deposit
2. Waggering for taken a bonus

Deposit wagering is always around 1x-2x from the deposit. IMO, in the second option: wagering from taking a bonus. Could be the player using a tactics like "Betting on two side, fill all board like roulette" for boosting and finish the wagger.

The player said that its been 4 months waiting for the casino and rollblock answered that the user did something against the terms, the player is suspected to do suspicious wager and movement and rollblock decided to block the player's account.
The case is still under casinoguru's investigation, I myself a bit confused with the allegation against the player because the player claimed to win the amount of Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic).

I'm quite sure all casinos has their own limit, I cant believe if there is a casino without limit especially about winning and withdrawal because it is related to bankroll or financial of the house.

Regarding the question they are answering or not, perhaps you don't look at the discussion, but from the Case Opening Section in Casino Guru: https://casino.guru/complaints/all. In there, they have 3 opening cases.
- 1 Being answered by the casino, and played not response again.
- 2 case Waiting Casino Guru to ask a few questions for the user, then the next casino will be requested by Casino Guru to answer the case.

Regarding, "Deposit Limit & Withdraw Limits" there is nothing wrong with these. Do other casinos have deposit limits? especially a famous one ( I guess not ). There might be have some casino who have deposit limit, but just a few. The most important is always
- Withdraw Limits
- Wins Maximum

You might think about renaming and rearranging your games, though. You have Live Casino Games on top, so that collection is ok. But underneath it you have a category called Casino Games. If I click on that, I see various slots, but the selection doesn't say slots or slot games anywhere. You might want to add that, considering how popular slots are to gamblers. Preferably, there should be a dropdown menu when we click on Casino Games that allows us to pick the type of games we want to play.

A bit further down, you have a separate category called Table Games. My question is, why would table games have their own category but slots don't?
