This giveaway has attracked a lot of account/alt-spam and giveaway abusers. So far, I have 214 accounts blacklisted.
Not even 1% of them ever contacted me about not receiving Lottery tickets, which confirms my suspicion.
Most of them were easy to spot: they didn't bother to follow the rules of the giveaway. Unfortunately, after Bitcointalk Administrator Cyrus banned about 35 of these accounts, they now follow the rules.
As stated in the OP, I can exclude them if I feel I need to:
If your Bitcointalk-account is mainly used for giveaways, you will not receive Tickets if your Rollin account only has the minimum wagered to be able to chat.
If you think you've been blacklisted accidentally, please contact me in Rollin Chatter Box or through my Blog RollinGames.
