First off, the thread title is misleading.

What's misleading is an level system that makes you want to spend money to increase faucet for this to happen: https://s26.postimg.org/ruirvtzm1/IMG_1725.jpg
And that should pretty much end this thread.

Well even if you are brothers.

Just explain the situation to the staff.

Please avoid commenting without reading full story. I linked strong evidence that we are different persons, and that was in form of email to staff.

And in response to other ppl saying we broke rules for using same IP: we acctualy avoided using same IP. It just happened once or twice because of someone getting home with wifi turned on, or something like that. Problems that can't possibly happen anymore, because we don't live together anymore, that's why I mentioned that.

And no, I don't even want an rollin response anymore, I'm not waiting for that. The topic is just to show you shouldn't either. If they ignore me, they can ignore anyone.

Well even if you are brothers. If they have a rule to not allow multiple accounts on one IP, then you are bound to get banned for it. Just explain the situation to the staff. I have personally never had a problem, even though I hve to admit, I did create 2 accounts because I forgot the password for the old one.

It's really terrible if it's true. I can't phantom why one of the established brands of cryptocurrency betting companies would do this. I hope they rectify this problem for you because it just unfair.
They were caught using the same IP address thus breaking the rules of the contest that they joined in. I don't see anything unfair with that because it's their rules they could put anything they want but in return they have to pay out the prizes.

they should response you to why you actually banned.
They already did, check the post from LoyceV above.

Me and my 2 brothers were unjustly banned from games in chat and contest in btctalk. Games that we paid to join.

My emails to them were ignored for more than a week (they're supposed to answer in a day or two): https://postimg.org/gallery/1x6ib2xgm/

they should response you to why you actually banned.

It is not reliable now the site was recently listed for sale the buyer could have bought it anonymously and he may try to cheat us i don't see a reason for him to do so because rollin dice is kind of a fail site and paying so much isn't worth at all i would recommend you all to gamble on other trusted sites and not on a sellout
If the new owner of rollin was really cheating then each dice roll would've been not verified. I'm not sure if rollin.io is a fail site let's check some of their stats from dicesites. We can clearly see that the website is getting a lot of bets and their total btc wagered is increasing by 100 on average in every 2 days. If it was a fail casino the stats should be lower than that.

You should know, now you only can use 1 ip address for one account because too many people has abuse faucet

But they still answer what are you asked, right. i think they respond your emails in a days or 2 days isn't bad because the problem you had face isn't about deposit/withdraw, that need fast responded.

I can understand that they banned you for registering more than one account from the same IP, especially when you admitted it was no coincidence and that these accounts belonged to your brothers. It really doesn't matter if they live with you or not. Rules are rules and if you wanted to be clean and avoid a ban you could PM a mod prior to registering and openly say you have brothers living with you who also want to play.

Mod Loyce after talking to kiran banned me, especialista, and my brothers tjorge and hikigaeru and ignored our RollPoints in the august event we participated. Even though I understand why they could think we're one person, we used to tip eachother all the time without saying anything in chat (since we can talk to eachother without rollin know), and even used the same IP once or twice, even though that dont happen nowdays, since we don't even live together anymore.
Afaik using the same IP on different accounts is not allowed because it can be a sign of abusing their games and it is written on their terms that if they think that you guys are abusing they have the rights to ban your accounts. You and your brothers should've use a vpn to avoid using the same IP.

It is strange they do not allow you to participate in the bctalk forums contests if they are not thinking you are using multiple accounts on their site.
It's not strange, it's their contest so they have their own rules.
Agree its not a surprising thing for them to do such action because most gambling sites do really prohibit using multiple accounts on an single ip which they would normally ban it and theres nothing you can complain on that one since you do violate their terms and as being suggested your brother should use vpn for him to join without possible problems to be faced later on.

First off, the thread title is misleading. Nothing about this incident is related to the reliability of the site.

The nature of giveaway competitions is such that all judges decisions are final. You've admitted already that your brothers sometimes play with the same IP, and this is already in violation of the "multiple account" rule. You should have cleared this off with the Mod before entering - and they would have most likely disqualified you from the contest. Playing with your brothers would have meant some form of collusion and given you an unfair advantage over others.

Most sites anyway cover single account as per person, per IP, per device, per household. If anything is in doubt, point 8 is the binding one: "We reserve the right to change this giveaway at any moment, and to exclude people from the giveaway if we feel we need to do so."

You will surely got banned form the games if you two are using the same IP address of course, that is not allowed for the player to that multiple account. So I supposed this could give a lesson for the things you've done it here.

I read the terms, it doesn't say anything about using the same IP, even multiple accounts are ok in the rules. It says its prohibited to use multiple accounts to play. It wasn't the case as I explained.

Best phrases: "rule is, I can bend the rules. I did. You didn't get your way. lol.", "you think I'm gonna check your book? I believe you're a cheater and that makes you dishonest.".
I need to say anything else?

Same IP means same person on internet because it refers to the same address (though not always true). If you wanted to play seriously while online, hence it's better not to share your connection with others even though they are your 'brothers'.

I didn't want to respond to this guy anymore, but since he drags my name in, here it is.

I've been hosting Giveaway Contests for Rollin.io on Bitcointalk for more than a year, and I have literally blacklisted hundreds of accounts. The current strict Rules and my self-moderated thread stopped most of the spam/cheaters, so lately I've had barely anyone to blacklist.

Especialista was the exception: he got caught, and can't accept that. Instead, he keeps asking me the same things over and over again (turns out he wanted to make screenshots now).
We have a pile of evidence, although I see no reason to share that in public. I have seen all excuses before, "we're family" is just one of many.

A summary of the relevant Rules from the Giveaway:
2. Only use one account per person, one entry per day allowed.

4. Anybody who has been blacklisted for any other giveaway (including HiLoGames) will be rejected here. Just don't cheat Sad

8. We reserve the right to change this giveaway at any moment, and to exclude people from the giveaway if we feel we need to do so.

IF you don't like the rules, don't join. Complaining about getting blacklisted when you've been caught cheating is just sad.
Spreading the same story in several threads too.
