[Mods, sorry for being consecutive. But please don't merge this post as this is --hopefully-- a closing statement]

Hi, I got an email from them, giving their consent to publicly address the points that we [me and the entire team of Roobet] discussed.

OP's account [as previously brushed on other page] was suspected to spread malware that prompt them to lock for investigation, back in 2022. Apparently, that investigation was not conclusive and someone probably accidentally opened OP's account, not knowing that an investigation was instructed to be done to the account, and effectively [since the account is opened and all would probably assume there is nothing wrong and/or the investigation is done] made the investigation inconclusive.

All of those "maybe"s and "probably"s on above paragraph said, the bottomline of my recent communication with Roobet is that OP's account is locked for criminal investigation and that OP has full knowledge about this. I personally think this is the end of the case. There is not much we can do or inquire due to the nature of the investigation. I believe they will update us once the investigation completed and they found nothing wrong with OP's account.

Anything you'd like to say about this, OP?

I hope they finish the investigation soon,
I have nothing to say I have said everything here, and in the end they will win, they will find a reason and will not give me my money, I have seen many problems like mine and other problems and in the end they say that (we closed the account and we will not be able to open it again)
Note in 2022 they did not close my account permanently, I was only banned from betting , I was able to log in to my account without any problem.

And it is assumed that if they closed my account permanently, why do not they give me my money that is inside my affiliate account ! And everything ends between me and them

I will write to them, asking to be informed when the criminal investigation is finished and they made their verdict. For the time being, as we don't know how long will the investigation take time, I'll change the status of the case to "inactive", under a reason that there is not much anyone can do but wait.

Kindly update us if and when they reach you in the future with their verdict. I'll do the same from my end when they do.

Until now there is no update
I sent them an email a week ago asking them to give me my money that is inside my affiliate account but they do not respond as usual

Hi, got a reply today. They told me briefly of what's currently happening and I am asking for their permission to address their response publicly here as well as the extent of what I am allowed to say. But, all things considered, I think we are quite close to the bottom of this case.

Thanks for your quick response. What did they tell you?
At least you can message me their reply.

To put it simply, the previous possibility that I mulled over and propose as a possible situation is indeed what currently happening here. I guess the investigation was not conclusive at that point, or ever done at all, they probably accidentally re-opened your account. Bottomline is, they are currently escalating your account to an investigative phase.

Is there any update bro?

Hi, I could have sworn that I've wrote to them not long after my previous post, but upon checking my outbox, I can't find any. I even check my other outboxes to see whether I accidentally sent with my personal account and still nothing. Perhaps I'm imagining things. My bad and I apologize for that.

I've wrote to them again [double checked this time]. Please wait a little bit and pray they'll reply to me.

Until now, Roobet has not responded to me at all.
They also did not give me my money.
Is there any update?
Thanks

Unfortunately, no. I have no further reply from them, any department. But instead of giving up, I'll try to give one last shot, by writing to the division they asked me to write [the one that I previously put on CC]. Fingers crossed.

Pure curiosity, to whom are you writing your email this whole time? I am not trying to point fingers to specific division they have, just trying to figure if... we're actually stuck on the same point: emailing one specific division, and that's when an answer went into a full stop.

I send them on
[email protected]
[email protected]

[redacted]

Oh wow umm... you might want to edit your post [there is an "edit" button next to each of your post] and remove the part with your email address, in case you want to keep something private. I am just curious to whom you address your email all this time, I didn't mean to be rude, but I don't need info about your email address.

I have edited it and removed my email, thank you very much.

OP, I got a response from their team, asking me to redirect "my complaint" to another division, with no answer at all about your situation. So... I replied to them with a relatively long email, explaining things from my side about why I go to a length by writing them an email, and put the division whose supposed to be the one I sent my mail to on CC.

Hopefully any of their division will reply to that with any way to get this situation moving.

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.
I really hope they respond to you very soon, they take a very long time to respond, and sometimes they don't respond at all.
Your help is greatly appreciated

If op said he has not violated any rules then it must be a lie because no casino I repeat none of these casinos would just come close your accounts if he is not following up the rules by the casino. Seriously I have known Roobet over the years even before joining the forum I do there update, to say you did nothing and they entirely closed down your account is something I can't truly believe sincerely. So the question you asked op is actually correct, so needs to review himself and know where he has faulted otherwise no site closes account without either abusing referral and sign up bonuses.

Let me guess, you just jump straight to reply that post without any bother to read the recent development of the case? Because if you read, you'll see that I managed to get a brief touch with their staff and they've explained their side to me.
You are correct didn't bother going through the whole thread reading, but just few and from the above I quoted to reply, however if you made an effort to help op then it fine.
Sorry my bad I didn't follow it sequentially.

Do you have more than one account? According to what I have read in your post, I think you account was closed because the gambling site thinks that you are having more than one account. Hope you did not make a mistake and referred yourself?

Also when you chatted with their representative which we can see from your images, is it up to 3 days yet? Because I see that the representative told you that it can take up to 3 days for their response.

Thank you for really trying to help me.

Duly noted.

I'll try to reach them through that exhausting channel again, see if they're agree with this. Please wait a few days [since I am not sure what's their time-frame and procedures to process this means of communication] and see if I can get them to agree or if I can get any reply for this proposal at all.

Roobet closed my account on the Friday 7/19/2024 , I sent them more than 15 emails, but no response from them, and I contacted live support more than five times, every time they say they will make them respond me by email, but we as live support cannot help you, they closed my account and there are more than 3000$ inside my affiliate account and more than 1500 referrals, do not trust Roobet. And I was promoting them on Instagram
They will close your account for no reason and will never reply to you.
I also posted on Roobet Reddit and they deleted it after less than an hour.

Have you ever faced a problem like this?

Yes, that's right, this is the last message and they opened my account after that without any problems, and it was closed again on 7/19/2024

Well, to be fair, that could mean they just investigated further into your case recently, as in it was brought back to their awareness that your previous one was rather inconclusive instead of resolved, and someone made a mistake by unlocking it before any investigation was completely done.

It should come in logical line with their explanation that they found your account and affiliate program rather... ill-natured.

Quite frankly, we can't --of course-- prove their claim that your account spreads malware through [I can only infer, from the nature of this case] the affiliate link and how you redirect the visitors and players. Just like we can't take your words at face value that all you do is legit and not ill-natured.

Normally, with a direct and a more stable means of communication with casino's representative, I'll pursue to get to the bottom of cases, find the real truth. But, headache-inducing and time consuming as this case is, especially with the difficulties to reach them, I am proposing you both to agree to disagree, say your goodbyes, and both to take their way. In other words, you both stopped working together; you stopped promoting them, remove all of the affiliate program from your social media, and they, well, pay you what's yours.

In short, instead of inquiring them many things to prove their claim, why the account got unlocked back in 2022 if they're still inconclusive, why re-locing it just now, etc., I'll just ask them to perhaps [given there is no financial damage on their side that require certain amount from your account to be reabsorbed to recuperate] give you whatever left on your account. I can't promise you that they'll accept this proposal, but suppose I can make this work, will you?

I got you
Their last response was we will check everything and open your account and this is all just a part of our regular accounts review
And after 24 hours my account was opened without any problems which means they didn't find anything wrong
Tracy also didn't send me anything else.
But my account was closed again on 7/19/2024 but this time no one is replying to my email at all, and I sent them more than 15 emails without any response from them.

To clarify, their last correspondence with you related to the account banning two years ago was what's screenshoted above, and no other response, though it can be inferred [not written, but implied through action] that they found nothing wrong with your account as you regained access within 24 hours after that last email above?

Hello
In 2022, they banned my account from betting only, and Tracy from Roobet contacted me and asked me to show her the source of my referrals, and I sent her my Instagram account and that I support and promote Roobet on Instagram At that time I had more than 50 thousand followers. and she confirmed my Roobet account and source of my referrals , and the evidence of this is that my roobet account was working without any problems until it was closed about two months ago, I was promoting them on my Instagram and Facebook,
But I really don't know why they asked if I had written approval from them, but my account was opened without any problems
Let's be honest, they closed my account because I had almost more than 1500 followers and when my account was closed, I would not get my affiliate money, which exceeds approximately $5000 per month, I have read many complaints similar to mine, they close accounts suddenly and find any reason that is not real and you can see many complaints on askgamblers and CasinoGuru
And always the response of Roobet is that we closed the account and we are unable to open it again.

I am publishing my problem here so that everyone can be careful from Roobet
Even the live support couldn't help me with anything, and they don't know why my account was closed!
They can't even submit a request so I can get my affiliate money from Roobet

[Reuploading to talkimg]

OP, perhaps I'm a bit until on what I asked on previous post. Allow me to repeat and rephrase,

Back in 2022, when they investigated your account, after Tracey sent the email above [which was very much the same as what you provided previously], saying that they'll review your link, is there any follow up, response, anything that indicate that they've concluded their investigation, found nothing wrong, and deemed everything as good? Or was it inconclusive and there is no update until these days?

They can't even submit a request so I can get my affiliate money from Roobet

The end of this discussion was that they reviewed my account on Roobet and social media accounts, then they opened my account again, and made sure of my followers, and my account continued without any problems.
There was no written approval , After that, my account was active until it was closed two months ago.

Do you mind to provide screenshots of this decision, that they found nothing wrong with your situation and everything was good to go?

Also, can you tell me about your referral situation? That whole why they ask if you have their written approval, whether you share through referral link or what, and all that you can perhaps tell me?

Please be detail with me, help me understand this with best clarity I can get.

They say I'm impersonating their company?
in 2022 they asked me to confirm the source of my referrals, and they also locked my account
they took my social media accounts links and verified them all and then they opened my account again, After they confirmed that I have many followers and that I promote them
And as they say if they can't open my account again and it's permanently closed, in this case at least Roobet should give me my money inside my affiliate account which is more than $4000

-Also, I thank you very much for your effort to help me solve my problem. You are a good person. I wish you all the best.

[Reuploading to talkimg]

Help me understand this, your previous issue with them back in 2022, they actually asked whether you have a written approval to promote their service, in a sense that you did not share and invite people through referral link? And the end of that discussion was that they'll review the links and your account? Or was there a follow-up email from them concluding the situation and clear everything out?

Sooooo... give me a loud drum roll... I finally managed to establish a communication with someone from their team [right when I was about to poke Hhampuz, LOL]. Though the means of communication is still somewhat [I'd like to think] fragile, I guess it's a start and it's the best path for the time being while I am seeking a way to have a more steady and seamless communication.

Moving to this topic, they told me that the account was, I quote, "found to be impersonating our company and was linked to the creation and distribution of malware. As this is a serious violation of our Terms of Service, the account has been permanently closed."

Hope this shed some light into this case.

According to the email of the support screenshot on the image quoted by @Yahoo, his account was subjected to multiple account accusations which violated the ToS of Roobet.
Then Op would have explained to them plain and asked for merged of accounts and if they agreed to it them he has to follow any instruction given to him and present his documents to update the account and merged them but probably he was trying to play a smart game but was nuked out. And now that is account is nuked, there is no way again for him.

Actually I did not request to merge any accounts!
And no documents were requested from me at all
And if they request any documents from me I will send them immediately
I've been promoting them for almost four years, I haven't violated their terms in that entire time

I really don't want to intrude, because it is in my belief that a CM's duty is managing their campaign and shouldn't be bothered with the burden of disputes with casinos they managed. When a situation escalated to a point where it's proven that the casino is questionable, I am sure he, as well as our other reputable CMs will jump and take measures of their own choosing.

But until then, I really don't want to bother him with this.
The average campaign manager only manages the campaign instead of getting too involved in cases involving platform users. The campaign manager is not obliged to act on the requests of users experiencing problems, but if he wants to help, then it is at his personal discretion. In certain circumstances, I also believe the manager will help.

Managers only handle the community and facilitate payments, while casino representatives who handle customer problems can be found via email or live chat. So I agree with you, the campaign manager does not need to be involved in this case.

I really appreciate your help, and that you are trying your best to solve my problem.
I have tried many times to communicate with them but I did not get anything, they do not respond to emails, and live support always says we will tell them to respond to you within 48 hours but in the end nothing, I really thank you very much for trying to help me, accept my regards

They don't have an active representative here. Even their ANN thread isn't very active, with the OP last posting on March 31, 2023. It seems unlikely we'll get a reply here. My suggestion would be to reach out to Hhampuz, who manages their campaign. He might be able to help contact the casino rep. You could also try PMing him as well.

I intended to reach him to probably get him to share his contact, so I can establish my own, but I shied away from it because I think someone else that's also looking for their contact has been reaching him through PM. I inquired to the member whether he's sent a PM or not [that I'll do it if he hadn't], and haven't heard back since.

I honestly don't want to bother him with this situation, but I guess I'll have to try Hhampuz if I am still failed to reach any of their staff by the end of this week.

Well, you can try, I don't think it's a big deal though. At least you're showing concern for Roobet since the scam accusation might not even be accurate, so because of your effort, you’re giving them a chance to keep their good reputation intact. If I were the first to see this, I would’ve PM’d hhampuz, but since you're already involved in this story, I trust you'll handle it and do what you feel is right.  Smiley

So, instead of PMing him, I reached to their live support again and was promised that my "ticket" has been escalated to their senior management and I'll get a reply within 24-48H. As such, I'll wait until umm... Saturday, and will probably have to reach Hhampuz when and only when I still can't establish any meaningful communication with their team.

I've jotted it down my to-do list, so I shouldn't miss or forgot my own "deadline".

Until this day, my problem with the Roobet has not been solved
They did not even give me my affiliate money and didn't open my account after they locked it
Don't trust the Roobet , one day they will close your account and take your money

I haven't got a reply from them through email. Sorry that I can't be of much help, I still can't establish any communication with their representative. Let me try to nudge them again later today, through live support, to notify them that I've sent their team an email and expecting a reply.

How long will we wait?
Roobet doesn't respect us. It's been more than 50 days and there's no response from them, and I haven't gotten my money from them either.

Given your attempt to raise your complaint to AG got rejected before it can be tried and made public, and CG also rejected your case, the only way I can think of to get to the bottom of your case [at least what I can do from my side] is to pursue a contact of roobet through any means I can think of.

Usually, when I have a contact of a casino and/or have been in communication with their representative, things are rather smooth and quick, given they're very attentive to my inquiries. But unfortunately I don't have their representative within range. Right now, just like you, I'm waiting and hoping they'll reply to my email. Thus, how long should we wait? I'm afraid I can't give you any answer. I can only assure you that I will try to exhaust ways to get their contact.

Hi,

I previously tried to reach one casino representative under impression that they're a sister-casino, but I was later kindly informed by them that they're not affiliated with Roobet at any degree. And since then, I am waiting for a response from other member who also seek a contact of Roobet's rep to get this resolved.

I am recently [as in few minutes ago, when your situation being brought back to my attention] pursuing other path by having a chat with their live support. Though I am a bit skeptic that it'll bear fruits, I figure it's better than sitting idly. Let's wait.

I hope someone can help me solve this problem with Roobet, or contact them to give me my money and open my account

Thanks

Your words are too harsh and you're as well been quick to making conclusion, this is what you where told already right from the beginning of what the first customer agent told you, that you should wait and give them time to see into your situation, whereas on a norms, casinos don't block their customers account like that except been suspected for any illegal attempt against their rules or policies.

It has been more than a month and I have contacted live support more than 10 times since 7/19 and they have not given me an answer or responded me via email until now.

Why does everyone blame me? I came here to tell you about my experience
You cannot really blame them, many times users come here to complain about one casino or the other, when in truth they were actually cheating, and another thing is that Roobet is a reputable brand on the forum.

That being said, it does not mean we are sure you are at fault here, at least until we hear from a representative of Roobet. Just hang on and hopefully @hokydarkness will be able to get in touch with someone from their team.

I actually tried to submit a complaint with AskGambler, but they always rejected the complaint, and I contacted them and sent them all the proofs.
What reason did they give for rejecting a complaint?

I Just checked on CG and I see a complaint that I believe was your, but the reason they gave was that they don't handed affiliate marketing related issues.

They always support Roobet, go to see the date of the last complaint it was a long time ago most of the complaints about Roobet are rejected
You can never be sure, maybe they indeed received fewer complaints in that time span. If they were biased, it would be easy to see that in other open complaints.

OP is there a chance that you registered your account or signed in using a VPN service? Sometimes your account can get flagged alongside other accounts that could have used VPN or similar IP addresses to abuse the casino.

Alternatively, if you feel completely dissatisfied about the verdict, and you think you are very innocent, you can present your case to platforms like Askgamblers for further mediation and review. Maybe you can get the answers you seek much quicker.

For your information, I have been promoting Roobet for more than 4 years
And I confirmed to them a year and a half ago the source of the referrals
Even if I made a mistake and they closed my account, where are my profits from my affiliate account , I received many payments from them from the affiliate account,
but before my account was closed, there was about $3,000.

I believe you misinterpret the posts here. Most of us were simply inquiring to get a better understanding of your situation, to learn as much as they can, and not blaming you or saying that you're the wrong side here.

I've reached someone, in hope to be able to be able to get in touch with Roobet's staff and see if we can get a better understanding of this situation and if we can get it resolved. Hopefully, they can connect me with someone on Roobet. Fingers crossed.

Thank you so much for trying to help me I really appreciate it

Have you ever faced a problem like this?[/b]
No I have not, I am no sure that you are 100% clean about your accusations on Roobet maybe you have violated their terms and conditions that's why you didn't receive any response from the ROOLBET team.
However, I am not sure that the whole 1500 referrals you referred all did according to their terms. Since you referred them through social media they might probably did the opposite of what is expected.

I'm not sure Roobet ban your affiliate account without a single reason, meaning there must be one or several reasons why your account was ban. From the email I can see that their security system detected a connection between the accounts, but I can't fully justify the reason because there may need to be specific evidence to reveal.

Just wait patiently until your problem is handled by the casino's forum representative. I hope someone will handle your problem and explain specifically what caused your account to be ban. It's very unpleasant when an account is band with thousands of dollars in it. I apologize for that.

With the screenshot shared by @yahoo62278 it clearly shows that you were abusing their referral program, maybe possible you were using different mail to sign up and ref yourself to receive the ref reward. Maybe you never wanted to say the truth but the system automatically detected the compromised here and you are trying tarnished their image.

It was not explicitly stated, at least that is how i understand it. The closest thing to such an accusation in the mail is where it read "with any other connected accounts detected by our security system", and i don't think it clearly states the offense committed by the OP.

That's the closest possible situation of the terms being breached by OP, as they fashioned their explanation that way. Far as I can remember, I've yet to have any contact and oversee a case with roobet, so I am yet to be acquainted with their representative, but let me try to find a way to get in touch with them and see if they'll come to this thread and give their side.

This must be a violation of their terms and conditions as referenced in the email response to you. Just for clarity, within what duration did you achieve the 1500 referrals and have you checked if there is a limit to how many referrals an individual should have? The only thing that I feel confusing is why the CS is unable to point to the terms and conditions you violated. This would have made it possible for you to accept the fault and find peace.

They didn't even give me a reason why they closed my account, and there is no limit to referrals, and also they asked me before to confirm the source of my referrals and they made sure of them, and they checked my Instagram and everything was fine
They have not responded to me for more than a month, and they took my money that was in my affiliate account. I have been promoting them for 4 years.

Sorry about what happened, you believe your account was closed for no reason, so the logical thing to do here now is to hear from a representative of Roobet on the forum, if they do have one, maybe they will be able to tell us the reason why your account was closed, it is always good to hear from the both parties before jumping to conclusion.

That being said, from the email you posted, it reads that they can close any account at their sole discretion as per their TOS, i say that is not fair enough and customers should at least be told the reason why their accounts were closed.
Yes that's right, they didn't even tell me why and there is money in my affiliate account that they didn't give me.

Since referral program is a way existing players refer their friends and families to play on the casino, to earn a certain commission, i don't think it is possible for there to be a limit on the number of people one can invite to use the platform.

I’m not sure either if this really ethical or matter on this case since the user has huge number of referrals which means he is organically referring user using his invite link. There’s a high chance that a family member or friend was invited then they both share same IP when they are connected on same internet connection.

But the main point that Roobet should consider here is the OP has many invites which means a potential abused for multiple account is minimal unless he only have 2 to 3 active referrals.

That being said, from the email you posted, it reads that they can close any account at their sole discretion as per their TOS, i say that is not fair enough and customers should at least be told the reason why their accounts were closed.

No, I only have one account, and I have more than 1500 referrals.
- This conversation is from a week ago. I have been sending them since the 7/19/2024 i contacted live support more than eight times and always got the same response.
