Unfortunately for various reasons Roobet doesn't accept a player from your country. Refer to their TnC page: https://roobet.com/termsandconditions and then try to search the word "Algeria", you can see at which point they didn't allow it.

It's not our internet service because i tried different internet providers. And even my friends who lives here having the same issue.

Do you already check their country blocklists? I guess if it is saying about "Sorry, Roobet isn't available in your region

By looking at your post history, Arabic countries are allowed to use Roobet's Services and I don't think that I have read where there is an absolute restrictions in your particular location.

One problem I can think of is your internet service provider that restricts you from accessing the Roobet website.

Not all of arabic countries are allowed at least not the african ones. I'm from algeria and whenever i got to the main page of roobet website i get this topup window saying
"Sorry, Roobet isn't available in your region
Due to our gaming license, we cannot accept players from your jurisdiction."
It's not our internet service because i tried different internet providers. And even my friends who lives here having the same issue.

I doubt that. I haven't heard of ISPs specifically banning certain crypto gambling sites so far which is why I believe that the issue lies somewhere else.

Would normally be having those kind of impressions or things in mind when you have done something but still doesn't work which would really boggle up your mind whether it is on websites fault or it would be on your fault side which if you do keep on reading and hearing up others suggestions but still doesn't work then you could really be having that kind of decision or impression in mind.

At least you should try on accessing it on other devices and see it for yourself if it was the sites fault because it is really just impossible that lots do have able to access except you.

Usually this is a device problem or on ISP which there are various solutions which could really be followed on.

I see it's no longer there, but I guess it's the same if it's logged in using user/email but I don't mind it because I always use the user to sign in not via the Google button.

Btw there is a Roobet contest for the Super BOWL LV1 competition, the prizes are quite large, it seems that this is a big match and I see every big casino holding this contest.

This is neither an ISP issue or the Browser itself.

He could try the ff:

Reset the Router
Reinstall the Browser
Try on other device neither on a mobile phone.

If he does find out on accessing it on other connection on the same device then it would be ISP.
You could find it out through elimination on possible culprits but most likely it would really be just
playing on this two.
