I'm not quite sure about why it was suspended but I heard a couple of guys saying that you can promote gambling giveaways because it's against EU laws. I don't know how true it is but if Twitter had to suspend it, then roobet fell short of one or more of their TOS and rules. Roobet wasn't the only crypto gambling site suspended. Duelbits was suspended as well.

I might be wrong and both sites might also have been suspended by mistake.

I agree with you, the dedicated IP wouldn't affect the gambling experience. I doubt many gamblers will go to the VPN comparison websites and find a better service with high feedback. Then pay with anonymous payment methods and ask from support for a dedicated IP/server. The shortcut is easy compared to mentioned steps, they go for the online listed free proxies and the previous problem will turn to snowball if the process gets worse.
