To those who have concerns that Roobet did not care about Bitcointalk, I decided to dig down into whether someone has something to say about the matter. Turns out indeed there were some discussions and it is from the one who has a direct relationship with Roobet.
Does the casino staff even read this topic? I would like to ask for the "hide the game" feature so that there’s a button that I can hide games I don’t want to see in the list of slots.
They check it out quite frequently even though they might not reply as often anymore.
However I can relay any info to them directly as well. ~
I would expect that they have some sort of support posting here when issues happen, but doesn't seem like they really care about our community.

I can assure you that they do care about our community otherwise they wouldn't keep telling me to do more and push more by giving back to our community through various promotions and campaigns. ~Im wondering if they would be at least putting up some representative on this ann thread to answer up questions and queries on whats happening specially on the current
issues that they are facing now.
They wont really becoming this big if they are just ignoring or havent done anything good.
I think it's been quite clear from the start that
Roobet would not use bitcointalk for support related matters, they are here for promotion and awareness which is fine. If they give back to this community rather than buying ads on CMC or whatever I much prefer that it goes to members of our community which by default means that they care about us. For this particular matter they might comment on it - they might not. We hear one side of the story and to instantly only believe all that user is saying is pretty.. Meh to be honest.
But time will tell and show us the outcome of it.(Emphasis on mine)
As you all can see, Roobet did not forget their origin due to a specific reason/purpose, they have planned it from the start. Neither there isn't any professionalism since it had been decided.
The discussion happened way long ago. Seems indeed there isn't any drawback about not to put a representative here, noting how Roobet has developed to date. I actually guessed they are here only for brand awareness and user acquisition, but did not state it in my previous post on the matter since I have no strong reason.
