Hello Roobet team.

I was trying to open my Roobet account but I don't have access to the phone where I used to have the 2FA. Is there a way to recover my account without the 2FA?

In case I can't recover it, is there a chance that I can open a new account?

Thanks for the support, I really hope to be able to recover it, because starting form zero would be something cruel.
Unfortunately you won't get any answers from their representatives in this forum because they haven't been active for a long time or provided updates in their own thread, maybe you can study the statements in this section

Source

or contact them directly via live support on the gambling site so that it can be clearer, hope that helps you.

But can't take out the fact that if you cannot spend a lot of money on marketing for sure there will be less people will get attracted to what you can offer to them. You somehow right about its not all about money but consider also the competitors working hard around and if you will not compete them with marketing you will be left out behind by other casinos. Also it need good client relation to get good trust score to them so aside from spending a lot of money to make your casino like roobet grow more bigger you also need a good support team to work around solving small and big issues on their clients, this could give a big vouch to who experience a quality service to them.
Marketing strategy is a big thing but if your platform is still not good, I don't think it will work for you.
Roobet is good on their marketing strategy and their site is good, that's why they are one of the best site today and they can't stop doing such promotions because its very effective for them. If you are planning to create a new project, you have to consider spending half of your money to your promotions, that can help your site be known to many investors/players.

I have seen how Roobet grows, way back they have a contest on the possible total wagering volume on their site, then they have this seasonal art contest, and wagering multiplier contests.  Roobet has spent lots of money on marketing and promotion and it was very fruitful.  While they have lots of promotions, they also make sure that their site will make the player attracted and contented so that their marketing effort is not wasted.

I think enough funds to market the product is ok and the rest is for making the site presentable, attractive, and most of all as a casino, being able to process withdrawals instantly.

that is one proof that Roobet has a very big development after a 4 year journey since being in this forum. On the other hand, the funds spent on each contest are very large. this is also one of the proofs that Roobet currently really has a very large customer base who trusts this gambling site as a popular gambling site that deserves to gain the trust of its customers.

btw, Roobet is very active in holding contest events for old customers and new customers which makes it possible for Roobet to attract more customers and become even bigger.

Do you think it was a good idea by Snoop Dog to become the partner of an illegal crypto currency online casino?

What do you mean by an illegal casino? Roobet isn't an illegal casino and FYI its completely regulated even have mandatory KYC policy for AML so be clear what you are accusing about.

Snoop Dogg is an interesting character and surely will create an attraction in the online platforms and I hope this will lead the casino towards further progression and more customers.

I totally agree with what you say,for me Roobet has always been a very legitimate and authentic casino, and they have that authenticity that many casinos want to have and can't, just with the contests and promotions that Roobet gives is the best, now since they have Snoop Dogg it's something great,of course they will have to bring more strength and more customers to Roobet,an influencer will always be the best to push the casino to the best, just look at stake.com with Drake,he has great results, live presentations with Drake are on another level, that's what great influencers produce.

I already replied to that person who accused the license of Roobet is invalid since it doesn't applies to cryptocurrency but yet to receive any response from him/her.

Snoop Dogg is kind of different and he always attracts the people with his mannerism which is more of an attitude and that is how the current generation wants to be but I am not promoting weed in any way, LOL. I hope at the end of this month we may see more analytics about what and how this collaboration worked and in future more promos, attractive offers, collabs should be done.

I think a lot of people miss the contests they did here on this forum: guess the total amount of wager, guess the slot, ... All fun contests and you could win a nice prize! Right now, they focus more on art contests and I always look forward to the submissions as they are a lot of talented people here on this forum and it must still be interesting enough for Roobet to do it as they keep launching new ones.
We should accept the fact that most of people here on this forum doesnt really get fancied out when it comes to bonuses and promotions since they are subjected to terms and conditions
and we do believe that it is always a disadvantage to people who do commit it out.Its not shocking that they would really be giving out emphasis or interest on that Art contest
since they  do know that they could take a shot on winning up and gain some money out of those artworks that they submitted. This doesnt involved risks as we do all know.
Totally on board with you! Bonuses, promotions – they're confusing, bogged down with stipulations, making them less enticing. But you know what's crystal clear and awesome? Art contests, my friend! They give you the stage to strut your stuff, potentially snagging some bonus moolah. Not to mention, it's an ideal way to network with other artists, earning a spotlight for your creations.

I gotta say, I adore art contests. They motivate me to crank up my imagination, break new ground. Yeah, there's a risk you might not score big, but don't let that discourage you! The act of making something, presenting it to the world – that's the ultimate gift. So, why not try? Sadly, I can only be a dedicating viewer because I really have no skill in drawing

Face it, everybody loves a cash boost. Test your skills, dive headfirst into the art contest scene. I'm stoked to see the brilliance you'll produce!

There's no need to be upset
They are now more focus on their social medial account especially on Twitter where you can see most of their promotions and updates, too sad no more representative here in the forum even if they still have a lot of promotions here as well.
They definitely need to be more active in the forum since I don't remember the last time that I saw a Roobet representative post anything meaningful here.
I am not entirely sure if they would though, it looks as if there is no person from roobet willing to "chat" here, they could share all the information and all that, promotions and other marketing stuff will be shared because that is what a company does but there is no chat at all, there wasn't really one for that long, they were always so "professional" about it and that is why you can search all 350+ pages and you wouldn't find many chat related stuff from them, it would be all business talk.

I am not sure if that hurt them at all though, it is mostly about money, if a casino has money then they can do marketing and get customers, they don't have to chat at all.

it's a mix
in one hand roobet fans and users and quite present and answer lots of questions
and roobet team is quite present in twitter

would be good to have they more present here but maybe not needed
not sure...

I partially agree with you. Their inactivity in this forum didn't really hurt them or anything, but they should be active now and then at the very least in order to further improve the popularity of their site in this forum.

Look at sites like Bitcasino for example. They are just as popular as them, but they still actively involve themselves regularly in this forum.

Even you've unlock or maximizing the bonuses, it's still not able to recover your losses. Casino bonus is only like a peanut, it's not worth, just consider it as a gift. However the promotion or contest like highest wagering, hit the highest multipliers etc is still unpredictable.

A better promotion might be about sportsbook.
If any player is thinking to recover from his loss through these casino bonus then he is thinking it in a wrong way as gambling is not supposed to work in this way. They are just to add little amounts or give you chance to make profits out of them.Yes there are big promotions on which you can look for like with $500 or bigger prizes if you take part. When you are gambling the funds are lost in first hand but only if you are lucky you will get profits from your bet.So take it in fun way not to recover your loss from them.

When it comes to the issues of bonuses,  one needs to be very careful and calculating in analyzing what it impact will be on both the player and the casino, most time, gamblers feel that the casino is doing them a favour by offering bonuses.

But in the real sense, the casino is always on the winning side since most bonuses come with stronger and almost impossible conditions.

This is why gambling business isnt a sure thing or assurance that you would be ending up on success because you cant really be that so sure on where it would be ending up.This is why if you do have that

sufficient budget or allocation then it would be worth it if it would be spending up on the design and overall function first before considering on having that generous bonuses and promotions.
Just like been said that everything would really be that useless if the overall function and user experience of the site is shit which those marketing would eventually or automatically
fail. It's a basic concept of things

Yep I agree with you. You should also consider the quality of casino you are promoting given that even how much visitor you have on your casino. If they don't deposit and play on your casino because the quality of your casino is not that attractable to play, The promotion basically isn't attractive. There are some casino characteristics that gamblers want and Roobet and other reputable casino nailed it and they have succeeded in attracting those patron gamblers.

If you are a striving casino, spending half of your money on promotion is I think not that good of a move unless you're casino is an established one and have a little to no problem in your casino at all. Also if your casino be able to handle a massive amount of traffic on your casino. This is why there are casino who is not doing massive promotions because there are chance that they can't handle the massive flow of gamblers. Additional Man power is a must on a fast growing casino.

Definitely not an assured thing no matter how big or generous the bonuses or on how big the marketing would really be done if your site is offering something shit then its not really that shocking that it would

that's correct
duelbits and roobet are running really long signature campaigns and never fail to pay

good to see big companies looking into the forum too and investing in our ecosystem.
It's not just those two sites. There are so many other popular signature campaigns from other sites which have been running for years and don't look like they will end anytime soon. Just goes to show how Bitcointalk's popularity continues to surge with time.

oh, that's true, chipmixer, other casinos, many other websites promote in bitcointalk and I believe this trend will continue for a while
good for us and for everyone who wants to join us
