We had a new alpaca baby this weekend.

And we discovered that one of our neighboring alpaca farms a mile away is also setting up for AirBNB so there are options for everyone:

Though our little ranchito is a good bit more rustic yet.

Although it isn't quite wilderness, it is pretty remote.  So there are more bunnies than the coyotes can possibly eat, as well as lots of birds including hawks, variety of reptiles, occasional badger or other critter.

We've kept peocock and guinnea hen at the ranch but it is difficult to keep them protected, the alpaca are pretty good at protection and mix well with birds so that may be in the future again.

The alpaca will eat from your hand and are very friendly.  Some of them were formerly in petting zoos.  They all have their own personality though, each one is different, some are more shy, others not at all.

One of the barns is shaping up into a nice little furniture / cabinetry / carpentry factory.
So if you are handy with the woodworking, potential extra benefits and revenue.

100 BTC per month is a lot even with the alpaca stud service included...

The local market rate in the area is around US$1600-2000/month for comparable, but frankly I'm more interested in high quality people than the money, which is why it is being advertised here way ahead of availability.

The last tenant was an artist, and had his most productive period while staying there.  But he just wasn't the same person after returning from Burningman.

I offer 100 a month, aslong as I can sleep with the alpacas during the weekends.
